Cheating cheating, wrost service don't book tickets through balaji tours, they are cheaters, no accommodation, no foot, staff was very rude, for darshnam they said 5 hrs but it's happened 24hrs,
Very worst service. This is cheating travel agency they get money in advance but never turn back on call or text. They will say will arrange everything from food to accommodation but they will not provide anything. No customer satisfaction. Please check everything before you pay money on advance
Don’t trust this travel agent. They will take your money in advance and not provide services and then when you ask for money they don’t answer your text and phone call.manager name is Hari.
I used their service on September 22, 2024, for a full-day cab service and an airport drop-off at Tirupati Airport on September 23, 2024, for which they charged me Rs. 8,000. On the 22nd, I visited only four places. When I inquired about the local rates, I found that it costs Rs. 3,200 for a complete Tirumala temple visit, and for visiting both Tirupati and Tirumala temples, the local charge is around Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 5,500 for two people. The airport drop-off costs around Rs. 900.
They assigned me Hotel Brindawan, which was very dirty. There were spider webs in the toilet, the AC made noise when switched on, and the wall paint had eroded due to water leakage from the AC. Such a filthy room, yet they charged me around Rs. 1,200 for one night.
A suggestion: Please consult at least five vendors to get a good idea of the options. I made a mistake by trusting them blindly.
The tour driver was not able to clearly guide us NRI to the correct location and queue causing delays and difficulties in our darshan. We wouldn’t recommend the tour agency for anyone
