Lisa was amazing. We were given a Section 21 notice 3 days before it was scrapped. We weren't in a good position to buy a house; however, we really loved our house, so we decided to give it a go. We were extremely stressed as one of us hadn't had the best credit score, and we were sure no mortgage would be offered. We were told about Lisa by my friend, and that was the best decision ever! She was very assuring that she'd be able to find us a deal even under such difficult circumstances. I had sleepless nights as I was overthinking, and Lisa was amazing in answering all my questions the next day, as my emails were sent late at night. She did it. Within 10 weeks, we were owners!
