Would have given zero stars if I could... This company took my money (for Moda in Pelle trainers) but didn't deliver any shoes. There is nothing on the website to raise alarm or may one think this company is NOT based in the UK; I was totally unaware until I received a confirmation email - which came from China.

Fortunately my bank was understanding and I eventually received a full refund, I'm sure other folk may not be so fortunate. I reported this to Action Fraud but sadly, they cannot do anything about it. This site need to be prevented from advertising/selling in the UK!

Used two cards there in November both got hacked this weekend.

This company is a scam. Please do not order any goods. They will never arrive, they do not reply to emails and you definitely get no refunds.

Same here. Ordered boots - no order confirmation, you can't contact them via website or in any other way. Luckily paid with my credit card and the bank agreed to start the chargeback process as soon as two weeks or trying to contact them go by. Thank god I did not pay with debit.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased off this site. Ordered and paid for two pairs of boots for £64.00 and a $5 scarf turned up.

Avoid using at all costs!

Bought a pair of moda in pelle boots,thought i was getting a bargain,got home and read reviews for the website,cancelled my card immediately.
They now are not responding to any of me emails.

Its a scam, along with the others here I ordered a pair of trainers and a month later a cheap fake Tiffany Bracelet appeared. They will now not respond to any request for refund

I ordered and paid £63 for Mode en pelle boots. After 4 weeks a cheap Tiffany necklace arrived. I contacted them and said I would return the item for refund. They said it would take up to a month and offered the 30% refund they had to previous reviewers. I said id send the bracelet back and I wanted a full refund. I sent the bracelet back to China in tracked and signed for post. It then got lost in the China post and didn’t get delivered, if that can be believed. I am now waiting for Royal Mail Compensation, though I’m not sure that will be successful. Do NOT buy from these people!!

I Have tried to place an order with TinyHouse for Moda in Pelle shoes which are current lines but a greatly discounted prices. They seem to have every size in stock according to their website - which seem a bit unbelievable as I cant find some of the styles in my size on any other site including Moda's own site. My Credit Card Company have blocked the payments - somehow I don't think the goods are for real!

Ordered and paid for goods that weren’t delivered. 40 per cent refund offered.
Do not trust this company.

I ordered some boots for my wife. After weeks of waiting, I got a cheap bracelet on tracked postage from China. I contacted them and they immediately offered me a 38% refund to account for the cost of the jewellery! After many exchanges I have no refund. Please learn from my mistake and avoid.
