Tiny Feet Arvostelua

I meet Shahzad at the baby show in excel and he was extremely knowledgeable about the baby market particularly push chairs. He provided great customer service.

Bought an Egg pram pushchair bundle off of Shehzad and his team at Excel Baby Show
Ace who showed us the product was brilliant not too pushy and very informative felt very comfortable talking to him and this made us decide to actually buy from their stand
The price was very competitive compared to online prices for the same bundle
It was all delivered on time as promised and Shehzad reassured us all about our warranty timescales as baby isn’t due until August
All in all we would highly recommend using this company Tiny Feet as their customer service and price point are excellent

Tiny Feet has excellent customer service, I ordered the Babyzen yoyo and they could not do enough to make sure I got the colour I wanted and that I had it in time for our holiday. I have just recently also purchased the babyzen footmuff and Tiny Feet delivered it to my door that same day. I would highly recommend!

So impressed with the fantastic and speedy service from Tiny Feet! We ordered the BabyZen Yoyo2 complete with newborn pack last night and it was delivered at 9am this morning! We found Tiny Feet listed as a supplier on the BabyZen website and they offered the best deal by far. Really pleased to have saved money and experienced such great customer service!

Incredible service and a great Sale price!

We were directed to the Tiny Feet site from the BabyZen Official Site directly. Tiny Feet offered the best sale price for the YOYO² Complete set but initially we could not see the colour way we wanted.

We emailed TinyFeet to explain and they immediately responded to say they had had a delivery of our desired colour way and made it available to order on the site.

Once ordered I was contacted but the store too advise that they were able to deliver the buggy & accessories the next day despite quoting 5 working days.

All in all blown away by the service. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic service. Met the guys at the wedding show and felt at ease straight away. Having decided to go ahead and purchase or pram, ordering and delivery was simple and speedy! Highly recommend

Very friendly staff offering a good service.
Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Great service.
Great communication through email. They respond really quickly. So happy I purchase my buggy from them.

Will deffinatly be buying more stuff from them in the future

Placed an order for an item that showed as in stock and due for delivery within a week. I found it difficult getting in touch with no reply to phone calls/msgs (although a reply from the company to an enquiry raised on their website indicated the phone had been stolen so they had ordered a replacement sim). Following this I was told the item would be ready to send in a few days time as they had delays in shipments. Slightly disconcerting as the item was shown in stock when order was placed. Replied to indicate we can wait for the new date. New date came and no delivery or message from the company which required me to chase up and be told that there was a new stock date following this. Due to the lack of comms and ongoing delays decided to refund the whole order. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 as atleast the refund process was smooth.

I made an order on Sept 18th and wrote to the team and have tried calling the number on the webpage during working hours but with no response (not even a voicemail). Please can someone from the business let me know what has happened as we have paid a lot of money but without any response to queries (Order: TF27269)?
Best wishes,
Simeon and Olga Fabrikant-Burke

The service I received from Tiny Feet Online was outstanding. The delivery was super fast and I cannot recommend them enough. I needed a stroller ASAP and they went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered to me on time.

This was our first time ordering from Tiny Feet, we compared prices and they offered the most competitive on the items we wanted. The order was delayed because of issues with the supplier, but each time we contacted Tiny Feet we received a prompt response with an updated timeline, and eventually someone from Tiny Feet collected the items from the warehouse and hand delivered them to us to speed things up, along with a little gift for the delay. Overall we were very happy with Tiny Feet and appreciated the small business customer service, which we would never had received if we’d ordered from a big shop! We will happily shop there again.

I have ordered a pair of baby shoes on 19 of September after 10 days the product is still in China!!

Till it comes it would not fit to his feet anymore!!

Do not recommend to order online at all!

Excellent service, would highly recommend. I purchased two items online but realised I was going to be passing the shop that afternoon. With the weather being awful, I needed the rain covering ASAP. I called the store and they were so helpful, allowing me to pick up the items and also refunding my postage there and then. Thank you Tiny Feet!

I have just ordered a few pairs of these for presents for Xmas. I’m really hoping the products arrive promptly and in good order as previous reviews suggest

Shehzad was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend Tiny Feet highly enough! They were very responsible and willing to assist and overall it was a very personable and successful shopping experience. They were even able to offer us a price match :)

Great service from Tiny Feet. Quick responses via whats app and when items where delivered we got a nice explanation of how to install and use the products. Highly recommend using Tiny Feet to purchase any baby products. Well done.

Excellent service from start to finish, offered great advice and a real personable experience. Shehzad even personally delivered the Bugaboo bee6 which was a real nice touch and price matched John Lewis which I found very impressive.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team, they really took their time to help us find our pram and car seat. Delivery was also very flexible and easy- can highly recommend them.

I ordered the egg2 luxury combo in a rush and they had only one piece left in stock for jurassic grey. They always answered my calls, gave me real time updates when I asked and were very cooperative in service and delivery. I ordered it from India for my boss in London and I never felt the hassle of the long distance. Thank you guys!
