Tiny Feet Arvostelua

I contacted their customer service email on a Monday afternoon about availability of a carseat, and on Tuesday morning one of their team members dropped off the carseat at 8am the next morning. Great customer service!

Met the company at the baby show in Birmingham and we got to have a good look at the pram we were interested in. The guy who showed us the pram was really knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions.

The Pram arrived with nothing missing.

Very good customer service. Great pricing and timely delivery. As new parents we were confused on a few things, and we were advised really well on certain products with a lot of patience. Would definitely shop more from Tiny Feet.

I would avoid this website like the plague. I put in an order nearly 3 weeks ago and never received my car seat. I have tried chasing the company but I have had no response.
The site seems to be owned by a Shehzad Chishty, whose accounts are overdue by 3 years so clearly it's a scam.
Really not something a busy mother needs to add to her plate going through paypal to get a refund.

Very good customer service.
Very helpful.
Would recommend anyone to buy here.

Thank YOU for your wonderful

Had a great and personal experience as we were after a specific model. Not only did they deliver but they also managed to source the rest of the product. Truly went above and beyond!
I would highly recommend for great prices and good products!

I recently bought an inglesina pram set from Shehzad at tiny feet when I was expecting my first child. The service was great and he has detailed knowledge of all the products especially prams as that what we were looking for and helped us choose the right one. He also delivered the product home himself which had that extra personal touch.

Tiny Feet were a pleasure to deal with - accommodating our request and super quick to respond.

Shehzad was extremely helpful from the get go. A pleasure dealing with compared to nearly all other retailers.
Would highly recommend.

My wife and I found our experience with tiny feet to be invaluable in building a knowledge and understanding of all the items we would need for baby. The only thing better than the insight was the deals we were able to get!

Tiny Feet were recommended by a friend and not only did Shehzad go out of his way to get the best price for us, but he always kept us up to date on the status of the items, was super quick to respond to any questions and delivered the items earlier than planned. Honestly can't fault Tiny Feet and we wish we came across this company sooner!

As first time parents we really appreciated the support and advice when it came to buying our stroller and car seat. The store has a Great selection of products and many brands to explore!

An absolute gem! Found this store online and when I visited it did not disappoint. They have a great variety of everything needed for baby/children. As a first time mom I was overwhelmed with choices but the salesman Shehzad was very informative and knowledgeable and through his expertise I was able to make an informative decision on my car seat, stroller and baby carrier. I found my beautiful nursery chair there however I live abroad and needed to get it shipped. I was able to arrange details via WhatsApp, the item was delivered quickly and they were very helpful in assisting me with shipping documents. Definitely would recommend this store and will shop there again. :)

Friendly Service.
Fast delivery and friendly service when we had a query. Fantastic prices!!

First time parents, we saw tiny feet at the NEC baby show. Very professional. Contacted them after the show even though they are based in London and we are from West Midlands, Tiny Feet talked us through all our options, sent us photos and answered all our questions via WhatsApp. They definitely do know their stuff! Did not disappoint, we received our order quickly too. It was lovely shopping with them as first time parents :)

What a wonderful company. First dealings was at a baby show. We brought the Egg Jurassic Gold. Was given a very good discount. It was delivered by the owner, he explained everything upon delivery and asked if we had questions. It’s my daughters first child. So the information was appreciated.
I want to purchase my own stroller for the baby. The owner was so helpful sending links of the best on the market and little extras, like what you can order (mosquito net) very important as we’re going abroad and the weight of the strollers. I am of the generation that like to look before I buy. But due to the attentive care and phone calls, nothing was too much trouble. I will order my stroller from them.
Everyone likes to feel that their custom is valued. You get this 100%

Really helpful and informative, after care support is amazing, I went back a year after purchase for some help, they were happy to help. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic services from start to finish. Shehzad was very patient in demonstrating all of the options that matched our requirements and was responsive in answering all questions. Very competitive on price too and personally delivered our order! Great independent business.
