I highly recommend Time To Trust if you are interested in the watch brands they carry. I was seeking a very specific watch by Porsche Design and they carried it. The price was outstanding. It arrived quickly in perfect condition, packaged extremely well, and included the materials described (box, papers, etc.). Mendy, the owner of TTT, is very responsive and to the point - a pleasure to deal with.

I cannot recommend Time To Trust highly enough. My entire experience with them — from the first message to the final delivery of my Jacob & Co. Angel Two-Time Zone watch — was nothing short of spectacular.
This was not a simple purchase; it was a journey. There were intercepted deliveries, incorrect email routing, multiple payment attempts, Chrono24 complications, and a fair amount of back-and-forth. And through every twist and turn, one person remained unbelievably patient, kind, and committed to helping me: Mendy Steinmetz.

Mendy’s professionalism, warmth, and unwavering patience made all the difference. She answered every single email — and trust me, there were many — with grace and reassurance. She was fair, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure I got my watch safely and joyfully.

When the package finally arrived at my address (with zero customs hassle!), my heart stopped. The Jacob & Co. is absolutely gorgeous — breathtaking in person, even more beautiful than the photographs. I literally gasped when I opened the box. My hands were shaking from excitement.

Time To Trust didn’t just sell me a watch. They delivered peace of mind, exceptional service, and a sense that I was valued, respected, and taken care of. That is rare in the luxury resale world — and they exceeded every expectation.

I am genuinely so impressed that I will be returning to Time To Trust again for future additions to my collection. When a seller treats you this well, you stay loyal. Thank you, Time To Trust — and thank you, Mendy — for making this experience unforgettable. 🖤

Answered all my questions pre-sale, great communication with someone who is not only selling watches, but is knowledgeable about them. Item received quickly, as described. Thank you Mendy for a couple of great watches. They truly are fantastic.

Exceptional service. The product was as advertised. They under promised on delivery, and over delivered.

Best Seller
Friendly,very good after sale service

I purchased a watch from TTT initially on eBay, after they offered me a great price on a very nice watch. The watch was sent to me quickly, and arrived undamaged. The watch itself was great, but it wasn't for me. I didn't care for the color or size, so I reached out about a return, and interest in a different watch. I was contacted by Mendy who was very helpful and polite. She gave me no issues at all about the return, and gave clear instructions on how she needed it sent. I then went ahead and bought the other watch, which also arrived in perfect condition. This watch ended up being exactly what I wanted, and the price was great as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience here and I would certainly recommend doing business with TTT.

Easy/great prices/delivery on time and the watch as promised came.
I hope they continue supply the same quality watches and prices.

Fast delivery and a nice watch for an affordable price. Perfect!
