Timeshare Selling Team Arvostelua 13

Got out of Wyndham contract and straightened my credit with the services of creditsavy. Expensive but effective .

Did not deliver timeshare exit in the promised 6 months and not even in 12 months.

Will not respond to emails or phone calls.

2 1/2 years ago we gave them $25,000 to get us out of our timeshare. This was in part to their advertised success rate and their "Money back guarantee". We are now with the third legal team they sent us too and still no further along now than two and a half years ago. Except our credit took a significant hit. Empty promises and poor communication are their specialty. We also filed a complaint with the BBB, and their response (timeshare Selling Team) was they couldn't get a hold of us to discuss the issue. Complete Lie as I have all the emails I have ever sent or received from them to prove otherwise.

I was contacted, cold called, by a representative of this company on 12/16/22. The representative began telling me that they could help me get out of my Timeshare fees legally. This representative was extremely unprofessional by actually laughing as I described being cheated out of thousands of dollars previously by others claiming they could help me get out of my Timeshare.
They then transferred me to another representative who quoted me a Money back guaranteed price of $3000 to "legally" get me out of my Timeshare. Every time I tried to ask any questions this person spoke over me and basically never allowed me to ask anything other than the name of their company. They began talking down to me and I became angry and told them what they could do with their "services" and I hung up.
This representative then called me back and left a voice mail stating in part that I didn't have the balls to pick up the phone and questioning my IQ because I hung up on him during his spiel.
If you hear from this company Run!! Their lack of unprofessionalism and the people they employ would be your first clue as to their ability to provide a relevant service.
Update 12/21/2022.
I was contacted again today by the same company claiming that I was in the wrong lol. Since I cannot upload the Voicemail their representative left me, I will type it here.
"Well I didn't think you would have the balls to pick up the phone. Because most people who hang up the phone haha just shows their IQ and how really smart they are lol."
After I forwarded the voicemail, I received to their apparent management they attempted to apologize and tell me that the person who left the voicemail on my phone would be disciplined. In the next sentence they threatened me by saying that I needed to remove my bad review, or they would forward my recorded conversation to someone unknown.
As I said RUN.

I want to thank this company for getting me out of my timeshare. Very courteous and professional. They got the job done and releived me of paying 950 dollars a year for something I just couldnt use anymore. Thank you and highly recommended.
