I think the service is decent
I think the service is decent. They reply quickly and are considerate.
However the product has an issue. I had got the Nostromo Black bag. There is an overly strong leather smell and its borderline dizzying. It smells very raw and meaty as well. Perhaps the leather batch that they used to make this bag wasn't great.
I bought other bags like the Orlando and Farewell to Arms but their leather smell was tolerable and faded away quite quickly

Lifetime Warranty???
I loved the bag when I received it. However after having it for 13 months I noticed it was coming a part on the strap. I contacted Time Resistance for a warranty claim. I had to follow up twice to get a response.
The response was "a gift card for $50 USD for this issue, or repair at our headquarters, with a longer turnaround of up to 6 months." Since the repair was relatively small, but if left in repaired could become larger, I replied I would see if I could find a local leather repair shop and get back with them. I found a shop and said I would take the $50 gift card. I naively assume it would be something like a Visa gift card. It was a card for a future purchase at Time Resistance. So I got what amounts to a 30% discount to purchase another potentially defective handbag.

Our lifetime warranty covers craftsmanship issues, as outlined on our website. To ensure repairs are completed to our quality standards, warranty work is carried out at our headquarters. Depending on a customer’s location, turnaround times may vary due to international shipping and workshop capacity, which is why we provide estimated timelines in advance. Our goal is always to make sure repairs are done properly and to a high standard.
As an alternative to sending the bag overseas for repair, we offered a $50 gift card as a goodwill solution to help resolve the issue locally. Internationally, the term “gift card” is commonly understood as store credit; however, we understand that in the U.S. market this can often imply a general-use prepaid card. We appreciate you pointing this out. Based on your feedback, we are making our wording clearer for customers in the U.S. to explicitly indicate when a gift card refers to store credit for future purchases.
We regret that the communication in this case did not meet expectations, and we truly value the feedback as it helps us improve both clarity and customer experience moving forward.

Don’t buy
Don’t buy! The return is on you, since it doesn’t come with a return label it will cost around 30-40€. Either you’re sure or don’t buy. I absolutely didn’t like the bag and wanted to return it. Also the contact with them took so long until I got a reply.

To clarify, our return policy depends on the customer’s location. For orders within the European region, customers are required to arrange and cover the return shipping. As international shipping costs are set by carriers and vary depending on the sender’s location, the exact price can differ. Regarding the timing — your return request was opened within the 30-day return window, and we confirmed by email that it would remain valid despite the shipping delays caused by weather conditions. I bought a Bobobark bag from Laflore due to the same opening however this bag oh my god, for an extra £100 this is top tier on quality.
Consumes reluctant to buy this product due to it being less well known, you won't be disappointed! The quality and craftsmanship of this product is insane and is a much higher quality compared to most bag's from other fashions houses.
This is not a fake review btw, I will certainly be buying from this company again as they have really nice colours as well which I couldn't decide between.

I spent nearly 200 EUR on a bag and have not received the bag, no answer from this company and the original courier has given the delivery to another courier but they do not have the delivery!!
No one is answering so I have opened a PayPal dispute, avoid these scammers like COVID.

You placed an order for a €170 bag, which was shipped on time. The shipment was initially handled by FedEx and officially handed over to Hermes for final delivery in your area — a standard last-mile handover between couriers.
Regarding communication: you contacted us by email on Wednesday, we replied on Thursday, and there has been ongoing correspondence since then. We are therefore surprised by the statement that “no one is answering.”
A PayPal case was opened while the shipment was already in transit. To ensure a fast and fair outcome, we have already closed the case and issued a full refund, despite the order having been shipped.
We remain available via the existing support channel and continue to follow up with the couriers.

Finitions mal faites _sac bandoulière de grande qualité
J'ai acheté un sac bandoulière chez Timeresistance. Il est doté d'une pochette zippée extérieure et de plusieurs compartiments, très pratique pour le rangement. Un cuir pleine fleur de grande qualité.
A mon grand étonnement, les finitions du sac sont mal faites. Les rivets qui maintiennent un côté de l' extrémité du sac bandoulière sont mal fixés. Le sac bandoulière ne peut donc être porté. J'ai constaté pas de passant sur la longueur de la bandoulière sur ce modèle. Un échange de mail s'est fait avec le site d'achat internet. Une solution va être apportée. J'attends échange et envoi de l'article ....

Regarding the loose rivet, this was clearly a manufacturing oversight — the rivet was inserted but not fully pressed during assembly. Even though we operate with a two-stage quality control system, this particular defect is very difficult to detect when the rivet is in place but not fully compressed. We apologize for this mistake. Of course, we will replace the bag with a new one, and our team is already arranging this for you.
As for the shoulder strap, this model does not include a loop along the full length of the strap. This is intentional: adding a loop would not look aesthetically balanced when the strap is worn at its longest setting, as it would sit awkwardly in the middle. The buckle itself includes a built-in keeper that secures the strap in place; however, we understand that when the strap is set to its shortest length, a small amount of extra strap can remain visible. This is normal for adjustable full-length straps and is considered in the design.
Our support team has already offered a replacement, and we are here to ensure everything is resolved smoothly for you.

Beautiful Design, Disappointing Quality and No Support
I bought a Time Resistance Doctor’s Bag in January 2025 through Frederic St James. The bag looked fantastic and felt premium at first, but the handle broke after just a few months of normal professional use.
When I contacted Time Resistance, they refused to assist because I hadn’t purchased directly from their website — even though it’s their own branded product. They simply redirected me to the retailer with no offer of repair, goodwill, or practical help.
For a company that markets itself on craftsmanship and durability, this response was extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and customer care for the price.
If you’re buying a Time Resistance bag, make sure you purchase directly from them — otherwise, you’re likely on your own if something goes wrong.
