Had the worst experience in customer…
Had the worst experience in customer service. Called them three times to check why my Rolex picture would not load on their site although it was the correct format and size. Each time I spoke to a different person assuring me that someone will call back for help......still waiting.... I am giving up due to lack of professionalism. Good Luck !

Rolex Submariner Purchase
Excellent customer service from Haroon. I bought a Rolex Submariner Date with black dial brand new. I couldn't find this watch in any retailer, but Time4Diamonds sourced me one in few days. The watch is perfect with box and papers, I picked it up in their showroom situated in a fancy office in front of City Hall. I Definitely recommend this company and will sure buy another watch in the future. Thank you.

Bit of Bling
Contacted Time4Diamonds to see if they could customise my 3 year old Rolex Datejust. Haroon was great and talked me through the options available to me, even sending me some mock ups of what the watch could look like with various changes to help me decide. I settled on a new diamond set bezel and diamond dial and was kept up to date through the whole process, with the watch delivered back to me exactly as and when promised.
The watch looks STUNNING...I have had so many compliments and people thinking it is a new, and far more expensive, watch. What a great, easy service!
All of the above was done over the phone and email as I live in the north and did not need to travel to the London office once.
I will def be back when the second facelift is due!!

I was concerned like most people would be about purchasing high value goods on-line. Therefore, I took the option of visiting T4Ds' offices in London after making a deposit to reserve my watch. I was very well looked after by Mohsin and colleagues, who understood the market, the products and answered all questions honestly and frankly. I would recommend T4D, which ever purchase route you decided to take.
