It is very rare you come across a customer service agent like Anne! I had an issue with my account and she did everything in her power to help. And even through the holiday break, she called me multiple times to follow and keep me updated. She was amazing and is truly an asset to the tillful customer service team. It is ONLY because of Anne that I decided not to cancel my account. I really hope she is recognized for her efforts!

Ly was extremely helpful and very nice. She was able to resolve my issue.

Aly was knowledgeable, concise and patient as she listened and provided not only accurate information but assurances as well that my issues were important and that I could have confidence that those issues would be resolved in short order.

I had a very pleasant support experience today. "Ly" answered all of my question and she was extremely patient with me. Thank you Ly!

10/10 would not recommend this company’s secured Mastercard or their customer service.

UPDATE: I received an email on Dec 13 that my deposit cleared pending status.
Dec 14 I received a call from an agent that informed me that my $5k security deposit is being refunded within 5 business days. I was also informed that the pending status of my deposit and the lack of a call back to my accountant was due to a staff shortage they experienced in November and because of the thanksgiving holiday. The agent then deferred responsibility of the abrupt account closure decision to Sutton Bank, the issuing bank and said it was not their decision. I was also informed that Sutton Bank is allegedly looking into/ investigating what ToS was violated before even receiving my card. I will supposedly hear back when there is more information. I have not received any communications, correspondence, information, nor have I been contacted by Sutton Bank in any way - no calls, no mailed letters, and no emails received. The below facts of my company’s experience with Tillful will not be edited or removed. At the time of this update (end of business on Dec 14) my refund has not been initiated in my business checking account

My company was approved for their secured Mastercard on Nov 2, which is when I initiated my $5k security deposit that understandably would take the notorious 3-5 business days to clear. In my checking account the $5k cleared from ‘pending’ to debited on Nov 4. Tillful’s policy of timing is to clear within 3-5 business days. Nov 8 my company receives an email that alerts me that my account is permanently closed for card activity that “violates their terms of service” (ToS) of the card. Nov 10 my accountant calls to clear up the matter and is told they will look further into it and call us back. Nov 10 my registered agent received the physical card. Nov 26 I am able to activate the card after receiving it from my registered agent. My account is still active and shows the deposit is still pending (and after some searching I see this is not uncommon or other account holders so I figure I will wait for them to still call back from my Nov 10th call) I have not been able to use my card at all with this company and hadn’t even tried once I did activate it!! Now, I am a reasonable person when it comes to IT as I am a former software engineer and Tillful being a fintech company I completely understand there could be major system glitches etc at play and am willing to wait for them to iron out the kinks on this matter. Dec 12 - today, I login to my account and see most fields greyed out that weren’t greyed out before and also still see the pending status on my deposit. So I call to see what is wrong with my account and no answer - I am instructed to leave a voicemail that will be returned. I reluctantly leave a message after not having a call back for over a month now from the original call made by my accountant. I received a call back (today) The agent confirms that my account has in fact been closed and cannot tell me the specific reason/ what ToS violation that caused my account to be closed. She tells me she will escalate the matter and I will receive another call back. While I’m asking her when I will receive a refund for my $5k security deposit, another agent was calling, which I sent to voicemail not knowing it was Tillful calling. He leaves a leaves voicemail telling me to call back regarding the issue. I’m thinking that is the escalation call I was expecting and he tells me he is the same level as the other lady I already relayed the information to!! BOTH agents informed me that the deposit is in pending status on their end and they cannot and will not issue a refund for my $5000!!! I was instructed to call my bank to get my money back!!! I turned it back on them as it is their responsibility to resolve this issue that is clearly one-sided in THEIR systems. There’s no way the TOS could have been violated when I didn’t even have my card yet! At the time of this post I am still stuck at 1.) my case “being escalated” (for which could take 24-48 hours to get a callback for) and 2.) to contact my bank for a refund of my $5000 security deposit because their system still shows it as pending when they cancelled it during the pending status. I am irate at how a company can put the onus back onto me to get my funds back when it is clear their system is at fault for permanently closing my account for unknown infractions that are impossible when my company didn’t yet have possession of the credit card!!

THIS BANK IS A SCAM! RUN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE PLEASE! Buyer beware. My ACH to fund my account was 7k and took my funding bank 3 business days to clear but took tillful 60 business days!!! After i called and asked why my card wasn’t working they told me my account was being shut down and had no reason they could see as to why. They said it was being investigated and someone would be in touch with me. No one has called email or written me anything and It’s been over a month. Ive called daily since 11/1/22 and they still won’t let me talk to anyone. The customer service representatives are nonexistent or incompetent. They have told me countless times that I can’t speak to a manager because they do not have one which is insane. I have already filed a dispute through my funding bank to get my $7000 deposit back however, I’m running into issues. Absolutely do not trust us bank and do not do business with them. It will be the worst mistake of your life.

I received a phone call back quickly from Anne and she answered all of my question accurately and confidently. She also asked if I had any other questions and verified my identity which makes me fell that my personal information is secured and safe.

I have been extremely pleased with Tillful since I discovered the card and signed up. Being a small business owner, it's hard to get credit as well as credit cards that work for me and report to any of the small business credit bureaus.

I am also very pleased with the customer service that I am receiving. Especially from Janrich. Janrich answers my questions in a very timely manner and even follows up with me down the road to see if I need anything else. It makes me feel like they really care.

Great Business Credit Card, a little disappointed that it takes 5 business days for deposits and payments

I have searched and searched for secured business credit card and it was so hard to find. I already had an account with Tillful and 1 day I received an email to be put on a waiting list to obtain a secured business credit card, I
Could not resist within the next three months I receive an invitation to apply and I was approved. So I recommend this company for any businesses that need a business credit card in don’t have the right personal credit score to get it jump on it is worth it. I recommend this company to everyone with the business.

Great card just takes a little longer than I would expect for payments and limit increases to process
