Really helpful service, great communication throughout to ensure the item was exactly what I wanted. The product itself was of excellent quality and was delivered next day.

Lovely wooden decoration in memory of a lost loved Labrador.
Came very quickly and packaging was very cute.

The website was easy to navigate and the items I ordered were delivered quickly. Exactly like the photo and perfect for what I wanted. They're slightly bigger than I expected but it was a good surprise.

Easy ordering , swift delivery . Excellent customer service . My forget me not card for my daughters 21st birthday is beautiful . I appreciated the extra detail of adding a 21 to the petal , really felt personalised thank you so much 😃

I am a regular customer and I think that speaks for itself. I would not keep using a company that didn’t meet my expectations. Quality, Customer Service and updates on delivery these are second to none.
I would recommend anyone to purchase products. Believe me you’ll love them.

I ordered a dog Christmas tree ornament for our new puppy & I was so delighted with it. This company comes highly recommended & I will use again.

So happy with the service, despatched quickly and got my parcel the day before a wedding I was going too. I will allow longer in future in case of postal issues, I was just lucky this time even though it was a day late.

Very reliable and quick service, my purchase is just perfect
