The gift card is beautiful

The gift card is beautifully made and packaged. Have bought from this vendor before and was just as delighted this time around. A real keepsake for the couple. The card is well protected during the postal journey and arrived in time (I paid for the express 3-5 days as I ordered a little later than I planned to) and I wrapped it as the gift with money inside. Perfect 🥰

Excellent service

I am so impressed with the service that Tilley Tree has provided. Without realising I had made an error in the date for the wedding horseshoe I had ordered. They spotted it and emailed me to check it was correct and kindly altered it before sending it out to me. Thank you so much.

Vastaus yritykseltä TilleyTree

Hi Charlie,
We have fully refunded this order - as well as you keeping your items. This order was over a week late due to Royal Mail - even though we used Tracked24, Royal Mail were later than they promised which unfortunately, reflects poorly on us. I am sorry this happened but I am glad we could resolve this through a full refund, and by you keeping your original items purchased. Thanks again! Sasha x

Personalised Santa Paws Ornament

Very happy with my personalised Santa paws ornament. It is beautiful, high quality, and it will look lovely on our tree. It is a special ornament as it marks our pups 1st Xmas.
