Tilesparadise managed to source me the tiles I wanted, excellent service by Tilesparadiseuk, cant thank them enough

They send me an email telling me the tiles have been despatched. However, the tracking information is non existent and the delivery date keeps kept getting pushed down the road. I contacted Farsley Transport who informed me Tiles Paradise hadn’t even issued them the tiles to deliver.

Customer service is appalling. There is no contact number to talk to people direct, only a phone number to message on WhatsApp, which is a cop out because they take ages to reply to your message and you’re none the wiser as I still do not know what is happening with my package.

I have left emails and requests asking for an invoice and I have received no reply. I hugely regret ordering from Tiles Paradise and would recommend to anyone reading this message to avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy stress and headaches!

I would never order from them again knowing the trouble I am currently going through to find out something as basic as the status of my delivery and for a copy of the invoice.

Piss poor customer service!

Very good on quality and delivery

The choice of tiles was amazing
From ordering to delivery took just a few days.
Definitely ordering from them again

Tiles arrived well packaged and communication throughout, great service and recommended.

Keep up the good work 🙌

Excellent customer service for a small order. Thank you.

Good customer service. Delivery on time.
Very helpful.
Love these tiles.
Great company to work with.

Excellent company to engage.
Great communication, flowed through with a checkup, prompt delivery.

All in order, and absolutely LOVE the tiles.

Definitely a company to recommend.

Beautiful tiles. Quick delivery.

Very good and strong tiles quick delivery. Communication between despatch and delivery wasn't good thank God I was at home on that day otherwise would have been a mare. I do highly recommend very good tiles.

Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

It was easy to choose the tiles we needed. Pictures quite clear, and easy to browse.
We were kept inform of our order's progress..

The tiles were massive the top one was broken as the pallet was damaged on the lorry . The tiles looked good but far too big allas I sent them back. Why do they only make them In such large size my fault for not measuring properly.

Excellent service through out, stayed in contact via WhatsApp replied within 30 mins every time, good looking tiles. Overall 10/10 spent nearly £2000 with this company and very happy

I ordered sample tiles on 14/06. I received an email on 23/06 then saying Royal Mail had returned the tiles without any reason and asking if I still wanted them. I replied back 24/06 confirming that I did still want the samples (considering I had paid £24 for them!) and if they could reconfirm my address. I had no response so sent a follow up email again on the 30/06 and 6/07 and STILL nothing.

Very helpful and quick service when I was in need of quick delivery. Good quality tiles. Would definitely use again

After 20 years in the construction industry, it has been very refreshing to deal with tiles Paradise. They were very accommodating in dealing with a problem I had been faced with from another company. Ella went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much
