The most important aspect when dealing with companies online is the quality of customer service.

I can honestly say that Tiles and Bathrooms are 100% fantastic in providing the highest level of customer service I received the information relating to my enquiry quickly which aided me in placing my order.

Great quality product at an affordable price coupled with the service.

I would gladly recommend Tiles & Bathrooms to everyone.

Excellent experience and service and the best prices around. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased bathroom tiles from Tiles and Bathrooms Online, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the tiles is outstanding, and they have transformed my bathroom beautifully.

What truly sets this company apart is their customer service. When I realized I was a few tiles short, Martyn provided urgent support and ensured I received the additional tiles the very next day. Their prompt and efficient service excellent communications saved my project from delays and stress.

I highly recommend Tiles and Bathrooms Online especially Martyn for their excellent products and top-notch customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Customer service was great and transparent. Had a small issue where a box got damaged in transit, but was swiftly communicated and replaced. My next day delivery refund was also sent swiftly due to this delay.

I cannot fault the service given to us by Martyn - or the product and end results.

So refreshing to find all from one place - we will be back and will recommend you.

We received excellent and professional service from Nicola and her team. Unfortunately we had to make changes to the order which was totally our fault and Nicola corrected our mistake quickly and very efficiently. The tiles were delivered by the date we had requested and we highly recommend this company.

Genna dealt with my tile order efficiently and spend a lot of time advising on bathroom materials which helped me to finish all the bathrooms including clockroom. Thanks Genna for your help.

What can I say?
Absolutely fantastic company. They are to deal with. Jenna,Nic and Martin were nothing but truly professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful.
I could not fault them in any respect and would highly recommend them to anyone who was thinking of having Bathroom or kitchen refit.

Excellent company. As a professional kitchen and bathroom installer, I cannot fault the company one bit. Very easy to deal with, accurate pricing, friendly and inclusive approach and nothing is difficult for them to sort out. I would highly recommending using them over the high street giants.

Very helpful service, went out of their way to get what we wanted to match our existing tiles. Fully recommend this company.

Offered the most competitive price, and backed it up with excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to use again.

Prompt and courteous service and did their best to rush the order through and provide the best price possible. Phoned several times with an update on the status of the order. Fabulous company.

Amazing service. Ordered, competitively priced, acknowledgement sent same day, delivery next morning with prearranged time. Very courteous delivery driver who placed pallet inside my garage. I could not fault you - thank you.

Great service from order to delivery

Excellent range of quality tiles. Very positive customer experience. All four individuals that I dealt with very helpful, patient and friendly. Very good communication. 2nd order processed very efficiently as was a refund for some broken tiles. Would certainly use again.

Initially I looked to source just tiles from Tabo, but seeing the showroom with quality high-end products made me steer away from on-line bathroom providers. Genna designed the bathroom layout and provided inspirational guidance choosing the tile combination and everything else needed to complete the look we wanted. Martyn being on-site from 7:30am to support logistics, collection and returns was just brilliant. Bathrooms are not easy to fit, positioning of waste pipes, taps etc.. several items needed to be returned and swapped out with alternative products which Tabo did without question, but more importantly replacement products delivered within 48hrs. The overall service from Tabo was exceptional, I will be using Tabo in Sept for the next bathroom project!
