Yrityksen kirjoittama
Tiles and Bathrooms Online (TABO) is a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom specialist based in Milton Keynes, with a showroom at Waterside Park, Old Wolverton Road. We design, supply and install bathrooms and kitchens, supply and fit bedroom furniture, and stock an extensive range of wall and floor tiles imported directly from leading Italian and Spanish manufacturers.
Our brands include Burlington, Aqualisa, Merlyn, HiB, Porcelanosa, JTP, Original Style, Casalgrande, ABK, Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue, among others. Crown Imperial and Blossom Avenue cover both kitchens and bedroom furniture, giving customers a joined-up approach to their home design.
We offer a free, no obligation measure and design service. One of our designers will visit your home, take measurements and produce a full CAD design so you can see exactly how your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom will look before committing to anything. This takes the guesswork out of planning and makes sure every detail works together before anything is ordered. We have our own experienced installers if you need them, or we are equally happy to work alongside your preferred fitter.
We know that delivery and service matter just as much as the products themselves, so we offer clear, reliable UK delivery options, keeping you updated every step of the way. If you have questions at any stage, our team is always on hand to help, from product enquiries to aftercare support.
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. You are welcome to come in and browse, and our team is always on hand if you have questions or want to talk through a project.

Do not expect to be sent tiles from the same batch!!!!
Price and speed of delivery excellent but it was only when some tiles had been laid, that there was a noticeable difference in colour shading. Checking the pallets showed that we had been sent tiles from two different colour batches. The company takes no responsibility for tiles already laid and said we could exchange remaining tiles for a matching batch but there would be a delay of 2/3 weeks as they were not in stock. Were we knowingly sent these to fulfill the order quickly? With the help of our excellent tiler, and reducing the area to be tiled, we reluctantly continued the remainder of the project. All communication with Katie was prompt and we were given some compensation but much disappointment and considerable stress was caused which should have been avoided. Everyday when I look at the tiles, I still notice the two different colour batches!!!

Hi Jo,
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, the two different batches were not flagged up on our system and we would never knowingly send out two separate batches.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and have tried to remedy the situation as best we can in a fair and reasonable manner.
Kind Regards,
Sales

Private individual order…
Called as a private individual to order some tiles and was pleasantly surprised to hear that there was an upcoming sale, with ~20% reductions, a few days later. Goods ordered (5 boxes of fairly large Porelanosa tiles) were as described and delivered promptly - ordered on Monday morning and delivered early pm Thursday. However, delivery charges seemed fairly high at £49.17, but I've nothing to base it against and unsure if this charge is same for larger quantities than my small pallets worth.
