Applied a tiktop shop since December, still deactivated "due to violation". provided all the documents needed to appeal, still deactivated, customer service agents don't know what is going on and just ask me to wait forever! I regret that I have wasted so much time on this.

Horrible experience with my first and LAST order via the TikTok shop. Order 4 items (each apparently from different sellers. 2/4 items I ordered were delivered without issue in a short amount of time. The other 2 were never received and upon completing a research request with the USPS, they both were found to be shipped to the incorrect address by the shipper. My invoice and shipping details reflect my correct address. I live in GA and 1 was delivered somewhere in GA but not to me. The other and most expensive item was delivered all the way to TX. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I went back to reach the sellers for both of the missed items - wouldn't you know, their TikTok shops are now closed. No receipt of my items and no refund. Sellers LUE FRANKLIN (Meoky Rainbow cup) and the other THOMAS pnofu KIVI store (Full length mirror 60"x16" lighted floor mirror). Not only is this sellers shop no longer available, it also indicates additional seller information as Bilalian Cultural Development with no additional information! TikTok offers no form of customer service or compliance for sellers on their platform. This is sad and unfortunate. I will NEVER order off of this platform again. Very Unsatisfied Customer!!!

Do not order anything from tik tok shop . It's all fake stuff . You won't recieve anything you pay for and it's a Hassel to get your money back .

Worst experience in my life with this tiktok as a buyer trying to return an item. When i buy things i always make sure its free return in case I don’t like it buying from online. Tried to return for refund, seller agreed and told me tiktok is responsible for the return label. I asked tiktok in which an agent told me i need to pay out of pocket and promised i will get reimbursed for shipping fee. Now customer service acknowledged 2 of their agents instructed me ship out of pocket per their policy they are not responsible for the reimbursement and i will never get my money back. Keeps pushing the responsibility to the seller and said seller is responsible when its their agent who instructed me otherwise. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON TIKTOK, they have no honor nor will own up to their mistakes and will straight up lie to you from customer service who is “supposed” to help u

Ordering online my items were about 18.00 when they added shipping it was over 65.00 the add it after your info don’t give shipping options I’ll go back to Temu that’s where there stuff comes also from Amazon . I always look at Amazon to check they have what they are charging 3x as much. TikTok sucks 🤮

one of the most pathetic platform for selling.Poor customer service.They kept denying my information even after submitting all requested documents for open an account.I am selling on ebay,Amazon walmart and provided same paperwork but tiktok verification team said they are unable to verify my infomation and i kept uploading atleast 15 times.
i will not recommend this portal for selling.
i wish they could give a "no star" option.

Horrible platform to sell . They gave customers freeshipping and then deduct money from sellers. After item delivered, they calculate actual shipping fee $99 - tiktokshop shipping discount $33 = shipping charge $66. They ask seller to pay $66 while the item only $25. All of my order became negative because of this nonsense things. Horrible place to sell. Stay away . They’re scammers. Always take money from sellers

Absolutely Terrible platform to sell. Only advantage is getting traffic apart from that it's a nightmare.

You have a 90 day probation and get paid after like 3 weeks. In the 90 days you need 500 orders to pass. Small business? Don't bother.

Customer support is all text book answers with a hi and kind regards to make it sound more human when it obviously is not.

The seller has no controls over returns and refunds AT ALL. I have numerous items sent back without my approval. I have had items worth over £30 come back damaged because the customers didn't bother to securely package them. Then Tiktok only favours the customer so it's a total loss to seller including all our initial packaging costs which are not even accounted for!!?

The entire platform OWNS you. You are not your own boss on Tiktokshop. There is a systematic bullying culture in the sense that they give you penalties and violations for minor things that you weren't even made aware of e.g you didn't reply to a customer fast enough (customer messaged at 3am and I woke and replied an hour later .. )

A customer will send a message and you'll get a pop up a minute later from Tiktok saying customers have been waiting a long time for your reply. Really?

It's like they do what they can do panic you. My anxiety levels have got so high because of them 😔

If you ask who you can send a complaint to .. well you can't. They close your ticket as solved 🫷

Tiktokshop you need to totally revamp your processes and start to give a crap about your sellers!!!

I opened a store on TikTok Shop. They deactivated my store for no reason. I wrote to the support team. they always say: "you committed a violation". but what a violation, tell me. And we can't sell electronic products, beauty products and even children's toys. In addition, it is the majority of Chinese who sell on TikTok, they who are our suppliers, they come to fight the American market with us the resellers. I think that Tiktok shop was created to allow the Chinese to invade the American market....

Ordered a pair of ASICS sneakers from a TikTok vendor. Paid to TikTok for sneakers via PayPal. When I was unable to get a delivery status or any response from TikTok sought a refund from PayPal. They refused to refund my money. Never received the sneakers or any explanation from TikTok or PayPal. Total ripoff!

I will NEVER do business with these people again! I've placed the same order three different times, but since they're apparently trying to save money by packaging as many pieces into one package, it keeps getting turned around and sent back because it's overweight every time! Their customer service sucks, in particular a lady named Louise, a chat customer service rep, who should never work anywhere customer service related, had the nerve to tell me it's due to me not having the funds. IF I DIDN'T HAVE THE FREAKIN FUNDS, THE ORDER NEVER COULD'VE BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED! I had to dig but I found out where it shows why orders are canceled. EVERY SINGLE TIME it gets processed and is shipped out, it travels as far as the logistics weigh station and it gets turned around and sent back to the shipper for repackaging in smaller packages. I guess that's too difficult, so they cancel your order! If your shipments don't arrive to you within a certain amount of time (I think it's five business days), they say they'll give you a $5 off coupon, so they're also trying not to have to give you ANOTHER $5 off of their already discounted items! I'll do business elsewhere because this is crazy and very unprofessional on ALL LEVELS!

Sellers take orders then close shop without sending the orders out which seems to be very suspicious TikTok refunds you but the seller still has your details that could be used to empty your bank details at a later date

It's very difficult to tally up what they charge your card, and when, with any kind of order confirmation, receipt or anything. The your orders function on the app seems deliberately vague about prices and delivery charges. Utter shambles. 6 transactions in random amounts over the next two weeks after making one order - can't reconcile these to anything ordered. It seems like the system is set up perfectly for scammers.

I ordered 5 sweat suits from. L.eedlee. it was sold from the lovelywhosale. I never received anything. It says it was delivered to GA. I reached out no response as of yet.

The tax and shipping cost more than what I’m buying. I was buying some for eight dollars and I had to pay $11 in tax and shipping.

Absolutely awful company ! Lots of talk on the internet about the terrible system that is TikTok shop and the service you receive and how they con you into keeping your money ! You get violations every day for no reason it’s just ridiculous! Support team are awful and just submit automated responses
