I wouldn’t buy anything from abroad from TikTok marketplace/shop. The products aren’t good quality or even reasonable quality. They’re absolute rubbish. I have, however, bought from a cheese shop in the U.K. and the products were outstanding and you could easily contact the company. With TikTok, sellers are rarely contactable

The first thing they did was they closed my store for "unusual activity," but good luck trying to figure that out. The closest thing I came to was that I was using a DBA under my LLC because my LLC's name would have made no sense to my product. But the funny thing is I could use the name in my ads account and get verified. So I went in to close the store and wipe the information, but even though they closed my account, I had to wait thirty days for it to completely close even though it shows closed. I am now trying to withdraw the money from my ads account, and it is quite the routine you have to go through.

Arnaque totale, vous fait miroiter des gains substantiels si vous êtes marchants, or ils faut avancer l'argent des achats, vous n'êtes pas sur que la commande parte et donc d'être payer, par contre l'acheteur est prélevé et l'argent stocké !! du coup c'est du perdant perdant si l'on peut dire !!! a bannir absolument grosse arnaque !!

They sent my daughter’s package with a 3rd party delivery service and the driver took pictures of the front of my house and then when he put it down and marked it delivered to front door. But my video see the driver stealing it back and when you call the delivery company they’re no supervisor to help. And we were told it’s serious but no one can help us.

I’m upset. I used my first time buyer discount on a shirt and the seller canceled my order, and I don’t have my first time buyer discount anymore. I tried to submit a ticket to inquire, they make you drag a puzzle piece to “verify your a human” or whatever and that doesn’t work as I tried over and over… I don’t have a lot of extra money to spoil myself so when I had the discount, I decided to buy myself a shirt. I didn’t cancel my order. The seller did. I tried reaching out to the seller to get clarity and waited a couple days and didn’t get a response. I tried to submit a ticket and got met with the dang puzzle piece so I didn’t even get to submit my ticket. I feel ripped off. I know this isn’t a big deal for a lot of people, but to me who had enough to get herself something after working full time to only be able to pay bills… I’m really disappointed.

I wish I could give them less stars, I ordered something and they cancel it. Because they said the package can’t come to my house like, There’s no way that’s true.

The customer service is absolutely awful. Long story short, my order was delayed because of shipping delays, even though I had spent an extra £10 to make sure my order arrived on time. When I contacted the customer service they offered me a £3.30 coupon which, get this, you still have to pay to even use it! - the shipping costs £5!!!

Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I recently received I believe a hacker claiming to be a recruiter for TikTok Mall sales associate. Who should I contact in order to report the issue? I have apps they had me download, websites they used, and their personal WhatsApp account number and name. Please contact me. thank you

2 parcels never arrived and when I went to request a refund I do not get back the full amount I paid, why should I have to pay for their error ???, will never use again, when things look cheap there's always a catch.. buyer beware, 7-14 days to get a refund too

I had a computer malfunction and my order got duplicated and I was billed accordingly. I IMMEDIATELY sent numerous emails explaining what happened and to DELETE one of the orders. I wrote 3 or 4 emails over that night and next day. Got NO RESPONSE - TOTAL RADIO SILENCE. I did receive both orders BUT NOW THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN ONE OF THEM FOR CREDIT.
Be careful as I think tic toc is just a "broker". I will stick with Amazon - at least they are responsive and have Customer Service Rep, that responds!

I got scammed on here as a seller. The buyer sent a blank picture, claiming my item was faulty. Tiktok allowed them to get a refund without a return. There was Zero evidence from the buyer that it was faulty. Tiktok responded 4 days later! Such a slow response with a very poor response. If you are a seller, I would say sell with the caution of being scammed by both the buyer and Tiktok. Tiktok allowed the buyer to get a refund with no return without my approval or consult. Very disappointed and never experienced this on any other seller platform.

I purchased a fanttik from TikTok shopping four weeks ago and they still will not contact me and just tell me that it’s waiting to be shipped. At this point TikTok shop is just a rip off place. Stay away

Driver delivering to neighbours next door clumsily threw their package over my back gate instead of theirs. In the process he smashed a ceramic plant pot and broke 2 plants. Sent a complaint and photos but all you get is automated responses or requests to log into their app and provide order numbers etc. (which I don’t have as I don’t use them and it wasn't even my delivery!). Completely impossible to find any phone number to speak with an actual person! Disgusting company and don’t understand how this is even legal.

Plaace a order with labadi hair for 33.75 ..for their lace filter recieved a reciept in my email..saying preorder 4 weeks and never heard anything from them and never reciecved my merchadice..this was back in jan. Order num 11092..this right here have and will keep me from buying anything from tick tok ...sad that this company just kept my hars earn money ...then small buisness wonder way no one ever want to spaend money with them ...

First time ordering from Tik Tok Shop.Quick delivery.Product was exactly as advertised.Very impressed.Highly recommend.

Tic toc sucks !! It don’t work worth a crap!! You can’t add what you want and once you make a video you can’t edit nothing period👎🏻

The shop itself needs to get it together. I’ve ordered a total of twice and both times the first impression was crap. The pricing is misleading, the quality is crap and the worst part is the wait. I ordered a necklace and a romper for my birthday outfit on the 23rd it originally was supposed to arrive the 28th then it’s the 29th which is my birthday now it says JUNE 4th. Are you kidding me?! The only reason why it has two stars is because I contacted customer service who was incredibly friendly and semi helpful. Unfortunately they wanted me to contact the carrier who doesn’t have the package yet. I’ve been sent around in a circle trying to just get my package's after 6 days. I’m going to be out of state by the time it arrives and it’ll probably get stolen off my porch. Just because I ordered it 7 days prior instead of 12. I now don’t have my outfit for my birthday and my boyfriend and I don’t have the clothes we ordered for the trip. We’re moving so money is very limited and I’m very annoyed that the money I did spend was wasted because now the items I ordered won’t be getting used for what they were meant for.

what a joke of a platform , orders shipped no complaints from customers but because of wrong shipping method tik tok automatically refunds even with tracking ids given , a whole weeks order at our expense , they have no human control over there own platform , will be sticking with ebay
