Excellent process all round
Process of ordering and delivery very straightforward and delivered when they said it would be. Bike is great and grandaughter age 2 loves it!
Also ordered Lycra top and bike gloves ( can’t believe they could be made so small🤣)both of which went down brilliantly- now she can ride like Dad!

Super quality product - as described, daughter has used the elbow & knee pads almost daily & they are true to size & very comfortable. Great customer service & the little extras with the order were a pleasant surprise for her (branded stickers which she's stuck all over her scooter!).
