Tignes Arvostelua 5

I've been using Tignes.co.uk for well over 10 years and have always had an excellent experience. The booking process is always smooth as is the check in with very responsive staff, Clare, Sarah and Adrian whenever I have had any questions.
I have taken large groups from the UK to Tignes and most years rented 3-5 chalets from them and have always appreciated the good prices, flexibility and customer service.
Discounts on ski passes is always a added extra that is really appreciated

We have used Tignes.co.uk for the last couple of years. Clare and Adrian are a pleasure to deal with. They are really quick to respond to any queries you may have. The accommodation is perfect too and easy to access on arrival. I would not hesitate in recommending the company to others.

We had a great holiday in Tignes, staying in Palafour 501 in the centre of Le Lac which is very convenient for ski lifts, ski schools and supermarkets. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has lovely views of the lake and pistes. My son made use of the nearby leisure centre which has a pool and spa.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of sofas to relax on after skiing. There are 2 ski lockers in the basement which saves taking skis up the lift.
Also in the basement of the building is a take-away Chinese, which we enjoyed, and you can buy cooked food in the Sherpa supermarket next door to the building (e.g. lasagne/beef bourguignon etc). Saves cooking.
I would certainly go back to the Palafour 501.

We stayed in Palafour 1008 apartment as a family of four. All booking and arrival was smooth with no hitches. The lift access is direct to floors 9,10 and 11 which makes it easier. The apartment was great, bathroom spotless a lovely rustic wood finish…. and I think the best view in Tignes. It is directly above the main meeting area in Lac de Tignes, and easy trip down lift straight onto the snow….. super easy with little kids!! Supermarket at bottom of the lift as well…..Definitely recommend.
