TickrMeter Arvostelua 604

Ik heb twee TickrMeters, helaas zijn allebei de schermen kapot. Ze staan vast op een datum van een aantal maanden geleden niks helpt. helaas krijg je geen antwoord op vragen en/of hulp op een andere manier, zeer slecht product met nog veel slechtere service.
Weggegooid geld.

No customer service! We purchased and cant start using it. Cant send back either. Total fraud!!

My order from february has still not arrived. Despite reaching out several times, I received no reaction from Tickrmeter. This was my second order. The first one went fine, but second one made me loose faith in the company

Support/kundeservice er ikke eksisterende. Firmware update fejlede, og resultererde i en enhed der ikke længere virker.
Kundeservice kan / vil ikke hjælpe videre og svarer nu ikke længere på henvendelser, trods adskillige rykkere.

Am dat o stea pentru ca nu pot sa dau mai putin pentru aceast scam de site, am comandat de 6 luni si nu a ajuns nici un produs, am trimis zeci de mail-uri pe toate adresele lor si nici un raspuns, este un site facut pentru a insela lumea , nu achizitionati nici macar din curiozitate pentru ca nu veti primi nimic, nici macar un raspuns. Toate cele bune aveti grija.

The support service is terrible, they still haven't replied to me, yet they keep sending automatic “leave a review” messages constantly. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company.

No support and no response, which leaves my Tickrmeter useless.

Ho effettuato l'ordine e non ho mai ricevuto il prodotto. Nonostante le 5 mail inviate a indirizzi differenti non ho ricevuto nessun feedback. Meno male che ho utilizzato PayPal e il rimborso è stato emesso immediatamente (prb loro sanno qualcosa). Pessima esperienza, credibilità e serità uguale a ZERO

First order took a month to arrive, second order, no response about state of my order after sending 3 Emails since february. So yesterday i opened a case at paypal and refunded my order. The first device i have i like, shame nobody seems to respond anymore since february, march. Guess the company is down or have some great issues not yet solved.

The customer service is the worst I‘ve ever seen. I‘ve wrote an enormous amount of emails to the customer service, to the CEO, and tried posting a couple of times in their facebook group and it never got approved, nor ever received an answer.
The product is a cool idea, but many issues and faults, always trying to connect. The App looks like a 7 year old made it and has many bugs, all the time there is an issue with it.
If the start up would have had a better customer service, I would have increased the stars.

Order placed for one unit on 7th Jan 2026, now nearly 10 weeks later, with multiple emails sent to them, I am now looking for a refund as I have no faith in the product. There was one reply to an email asking for an update over 6 weeks ago, the reply stated they were sorry and that my order would be put on an urgent list. The reviews on the site so not reflect the overall experience of customers as only "verified" posts are accepted. Avoid.

Scam, stay away! Purchased 6 tickrmeters in february, never received them, nor got a shipping update. No answer after multiple emails

I've been sending a bunch of emails to help me with my tickr and nobody gets back to me. My disconnect the 2nd day after using and cannot connect back to servers please help

I placed (and paid) an order on Dec. 6th 2025, for €381
To date, I never received the products.
I tried to contact the support/help/info, but I never get any answer,
I am considering legal actions

I ordered 6 pcs 2 months ago and there is no tracking number for this moment.

like the display, enabling me to spend less time in front of my computer...
As Im doing daytrading I would appreciate more frequent refresh time of display content(especially when market is moving)

Great device, I have a few. There is nothing on the market like it and the developer is quite responsive.

Battery doesn’t last very long. Customer service has never got back to me

I have four and all work fine. It did took long for it to arive and the reply when asked a question is way to long. But no complaints about the tickers and still work the same after a couple of years. When I have a problem with them. Just did the following: turn of an on, reconnect, recharge without stacking. The software online and choosing the right crypto can be frustrating time to time but when your set its good to go for a long time. Posted this review just to let people know, it does work as supposed to. But for the team, work on better communication, updates, and inform the community on your website (Not only on FB)

These products are not good for tracking commodities. I ordered 6 units and none of them would update with current pricing. Ended up throwing them in the trash, literally.
