DO NOT PURCHASE TICKET FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I went onto Ticket Master's website to order concert tickets. I was fraudulently redirected to Tickets on Sale site. I purchased 2 tickets and received an email stating I would not get a download for my tickets until the day before the concert. At this point I realized I had not purchased from Ticket Master. I sent an email and requested to cancel the order and get a refund. No response. I went to concert venue site and found out I could order directly through them. The total cost was $276.00 less if I had ordered from the venue!!!! I tried to get a refund by going through PayPal but they sided with Tickets on Sale, apparently they told PayPal I had received my tickets. So I won't know until the day before the concert if I'm actually going to have tickets to attend.

Scam

My husband purchased tickets for a rodeo paid over triple the normal price.He bought tickets for two days.They sent the tickets then canceled them the day before the event.Then says they will refund the $ in 3 to 5 business days. Mind you this is Thursday. We got a room and now we are stuck with that cost too.

No way to.get a refund…

I purchased my tickets thinking I was getting them from the actual Sight and Sound theatre. Paid 3 x the price. When I tried to cancel within the hour I purchased, was told I could not receive a refund and would have to put tickets up for resale where I might get my full price back. This is a predatory company and I wish I had never used them!

No room for human error

I accidently bought tickets to Collective Soul at the Palace Theater on Oct 20th when I really wanted to buy tickets to RINGO at the Palace Theater on Oct 7th. I immediately realized the problem and called customer service, the tickets were not even processed yet, but your company would not help me fix the problem. I am so upset. You work good with computers, but not with real people
