I don't recieveing any answers despite so many phone calls and e-mails. You didn't send me a second ticket and scammed me on 300pln. I will solve this case in another way if I will not recieve an answer.

I purchased tickets for the Usyk vs Dubois event on 28 April 2025 (Order #32501).
On 18 June 2025, the tickets disappeared from my account without any notice. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to Ticketkosta but received no reply at all.

Believing my tickets had been cancelled, I postponed my visa application. While I finally received the tickets three days before the event, it was too late — I could not attend due to visa issues caused by their lack of communication.

Ticketkosta’s poor service and complete absence of customer support caused me financial loss and ruined my plans. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Update after the company's response
I must reiterate that my complaint is not about the timing of the delivery process you mentioned, but about the complete absence of any information regarding my order, purchase, or payment in my personal account.

From June 18, 2025, until today, my personal account has been entirely empty — no record of my tickets, no confirmation of my order, and no indication of my payment. This situation persisted for weeks without any notice, explanation, or response from your side despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages I sent.

The lack of access to my order information and your total failure to communicate created a reasonable belief that my tickets had been cancelled or lost. Relying on this assumption, I was forced to postpone my visa application, which directly resulted in my inability to attend the event.

This constitutes a failure to provide the service in a timely, transparent, and reliable manner, causing me direct financial loss and loss of opportunity to use the product I paid for.
