We get in time 3 of 4 tickets together but unfortunately the last 1 on the opposite stand at Madrid - Rayo, and we lost 400 euros because we could not use the ticket for a single child

I never revived my tickets or my refund, I wrote many emails, tried to call and wrote on IG with no answer. I need my refund

Simplement une simple honte!!!! match de hockey sur glace JO France Canada à 16h40 dimanche 15 février. Nous sommes le samedi 14 février. Il est 22 heures après plusieurs mails avec le site, il n’arrive toujours pas à fournir les tickets. Hôtel trajet, match, réservés !!!!!!j’espère simplement avoir un remboursement Intégrale du site!!! Je n’ai jamais eu les places pour le match, malgré 2 jours de contact par mail avec le site !!

I bought 10 tickets for the Olympics. Four of them were correctly registered under my first and last name, and six of them were transferred to me, but under the incorrect first and last name. From what I've learned, the first and last name must be changed to the name of the person receiving the ticket before the transfer. I've tried every possible means of contacting Ticketkosta, but after numerous attempts, I've received no response. I will definitely not buy anything from this website again and I don't recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of time, money, and frustration.

The tickets were great. But they cost too much. Indeed a good experience anyway. The game and the venue were great!

I didn't get the tickers after payment. I paid the tickets a week prior to hockey match of Olimpic games. I didn't get them. Ticketkosta didn't respond on my emails and wapp messages. I didn't receive my money back. It's a freud.

Scammed out of 380 dollars. Bought tickets for a snowboarding competition. Never received any tickets. No response to almost 50 emails texts and calls.

Do not trust any good reviews. They will scam you. Don’t give them your business
