Ticketfly Arvostelua 

Extremely difficult to reach. Been trying for days now. Absolutely ludicrous.

Still trying to trace my purchase with them! I have time before the show but it is also now sold out so filing a dispute of fraud with my bank won't get me the gift I purchased. Been going back and forth in emails from their support. They keep saying they sent an email, I keep saying I have nothing. Keep asking for another one, keep telling me to check my junk and spam, keep saying I have and do not have anything. Guess they are just going to keep me tied up while time runs out. I also show no orders on my ticketfly account and I also keep getting emails asking if I still want to purchase tickets so that concerns me. Also can't get off hold when I call! More concerned with paying top dollar for tickets than with their fees right now!

I paid an extra 50% of the ticket costs in "service fees." What extra services were those, exactly? I certainly haven't received any. If it weren't for their outrageous added fees, I could have afforded the next tier of tickets for the show - but then that extra 50% would have gone to people that actually DO something. Funny how that works.

Ticketfly is a leech that makes money hand over fist doing absolutely nothing. Any money they make should have gone to the artists and venues they do business with instead. This company is a perfect example of what's wrong with the modern entertainment industry.

Love Bonamassa. We have seen him multiple times. Unfortunately this will be the last time, if he continues to use Ticketfly to sell his tickets. We bought tickets April 4th, after a prolonged issue with both of my emails that were "already registered" (even the one I had just set up. We finally set an account up with my husband's email account and bought the tickets. Tonight I attempted to buy two more tickets. It sais there was no account with my husband's email. . Still have to get access to print the tickets. No easy way to contact. No reply at FB where it says they answer immediately. I want competition for Ticketmaster, but I expect a professional site that handles hundreds of dollars in a single transaction.

Enjoying night 1, of 6 night run (Jackie Greene at the Sweetwater) so much, decided I had to purchase a 4th night -during set break. First, I had to reload app, then had to redo entire purchase process 3 times before it finally went through. Lastly, after purchase was complete, realized site charged me 2x the service fee from the other 3, and unable to find any contact info.
