"Check out as guest" isn't hard; it stops my personal info being everywhere, reduces the spam emails I receive, and means I don't need to create another password!

Sorry to hear you are having problems downloading your tickets. If you head over to the Ticket247 website and login with the same account you purchased the tickets on, the tickets should be located in the "Your Orders" menu item in the top right of the website. It is important you login using the same account otherwise you will not be able to download tickets.
If you have any problems at any point, simply head over to https://ticket247.co.uk/Contact and send us a message with your order number and name and we will email your tickets to you.
