top tier customer service
As usual I tend to be very critical with my order, my circumstances are a little rare because I tend to be away from home a lot and other sorts of factors that tend to cause a lot of chaos. So sometimes I don't have the means or ways to get a package or have a package sent without it being taken or stolen because I can be gone for several months. And every single time the one I ask to hold off from sending mine they do and they wait until I come home and give them the go-ahead customer service like that is top tier. I've never had any problems. I've never had any issues. And I wish I could give constructive criticism. But in this case, I don't have anything to nitpick on or nothing. They're doing a great job. Great products. Great quality control. Great customer service and I will continue ordering off of them. That's a fact.

One of the things that was great was…
One of the things that was great was how the customer service handled my order and got it to me in a timely manner! The material used for the spitfire ring was VERRY soft and cuddly and, construction was excellent and sturdy It felt great to lounge in too. I Happily await to work with thyra inflatables again in the future whether its another order or a custom project!

Excellent Experience
The seller is very responsive to questions and follow-ups via email. It did take a while to get the order sorted out and shipped to the US, but that's completely understandable since the seller is running the business almost single-handedly. The quality of the product is absolutely worth the wait!

Thank you for your review~ We definitely try to be responsive to inquiries as this is actually a frustration we have ourselves with some other sellers or even manufacturers we tried. While we definitely have a lot to learn still regarding order processing and also planning / expectation management, each experience brings us further and these positive feedback gives us motivation to carry on.
We're glad to hear the products are up to standard~ If, for some reason, the products still end up with flaws sooner than expected, we definitely would like to hear so we can look into it.

Thank you for the kind review~ We definitely try to answer inquiries quickly and with detail. There are a lot of things going on that might not always be apparent, and having lesser experience with other sellers and manufacturers, we want to be open and active in our communication. Although we do feel we can still improve in this part as well.
Outstanding Effort and Care
Outstanding effort in meeting their customer needs, as they were willing to make design accommodations to produce a larger size. They even remade the product due to minor printing errors. They also communicated clearly, keeping me updated on the production process.
The result is a beautifully made inflatable with high-quality printing and some overlapped seams, which was a pleasant surprise. What blew my mind is the box art. That's right, the box has its own art design that matches the product's theme. The box is also reusable as it just folds closed. Another surprise is that the product came with a little booklet that provided a backstory of the character and a glimpse into the art development.
Overall, the experience is that this product is something unique. The sheer amount of effort and care that went into making this product is astronomical. The product's construction quality, the artwork of the product itself, the box art, the type of box (so it can be reused), and the information booklet that provides a backstory of the character and its development are all well-made and thought-out.

Thank you for your feedback~ We are always open to customization with our products. While we might not always be able to honor it (if it goes against our or our artists wishes regarding the character), we always try to look into it. If it's acceptable, and the customer can accept the increase in price since it's deviating from our batch, then we will do our best to deliver it according to our standards.
In this particular case, we weren't happy with the way the factory seemed to have 2 different print batches and caused a (for us) noticeable difference. We want our product and even our character to be represented in the best way possible, so we immediately contacted our manufacturer to look into a suitable solution.
We also like to go the full mile with our bigger run products. We were inspired by custom boxes from our competitors, and felt the need to improve. Inspired by foldable product boxes, we wanted to do something similar. A bag with an A4 is not our style, a standard glued box that has to be tossed or destroyed to flatten is also not our style. We hope to bring boxes for many of our products, but there are certain minimum order quantities at play.
We're happy the experience was this great, we like to stand out, and like to give a wow experience, and this shows we achieved this. It's a very nice thing to hear back.

Finally, the goods arrived as expected
Yes, after a long wait, the cylinder, heart and ring arrived in one package, and all appear to be o.k. A booklet comes with each of them, explaining the path the inflatable design has taken to the state delivered. Not counting the delays associated with this prototype run: What could be improved?
Although it saves on shipping effort, sending all items in one package limits the fun to one time only, so I would prefer to get the items one by one as they become available. Of course, this requires a less costly shipping channel as other vendors do have this, as low as 7.50€ to DE.
Announcements of individual shipping dates should be dependable. If they need to be revised, this should be communicated clearly.

Thanks for your feedback! We have definitely learned a lot from the whole experience. We are glad that the products arrived safely. We also really liked to include a bit of the story behind this design as there was quite a bit of ideas behind it.
About improvement. Yes, during the whole process, we realized that we wanted to offer flexibility in shipping. We now created a system where we can record what is sent and product orders can be split in any way the customer wants. Of course splitting has higher shipping costs due to the fixed "startup" rate, so the system is primarily used to consolidate separate orders. We also realize that during our communication, the desire to split or combine was changed. We realize we might have decided to combine your shipping eventually, where individual shipping was preferred.
Regarding less costly shipping channels, unfortunately, to tap into that, we need to really focus on moving a lot of volume through one courier service. We currently have an arrangement with FedEx, which seems less popular within EU. Since all couriers want a certain volume and we don't have a big volume of shipments, we have to pick one and stick with it. On offer we have FedEx, DHL eCommerce and PostNL. If we look deeper into PostNL, we may get better rates, but we can't rely on PostNL for international shipments. This would add a lot of burden and increase our delivery times. FedEx offers us the least amount of hassle during export and for our imports they are excellent. So we can hit our quota easier. In the end, we as seller need to decide which courier to stick with, and we will probably focus solely in the future to see if our rates can be improved.
We also recognize that we have failed with our timely updates of schedule changes. We are now changing how we run our projects, which should hopefully alleviate this a bit. Both because pre-orders will be made first, and shipped shortly after payment is accepted. And because we have more experience and less chaos in the process. A lot of things behind the scenes could be improved and will be improved based on new knowledge gained.

Thanks for your feedback! This being our first project, we definitely had quite a bit of learning to do. We do try to give timely updates but we also recognize we can improve here. Sometimes it is difficult to admit some things aren't going great, but still have to be announced.
We are glad that you consider the products beautiful to the last detail. The artist spent a lot of time with our guidance to get to this result. We will definitely be making more designs in the future both featuring our current OC as well as potential new ones. And we definitely strive to be very accessible, we have experience with other sellers where this isn't the case. We want to be different.

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, for our custom products, we went above and beyond with out packaging. After receiving our orders for the products, we looked into how difficult it would be to make it a true product. Once we learned this was not at all difficult or costly, we just went for it.
And thanks for using us for a custom design. We always like to provide our support to get something made. We will listen closely to the customer and really try to find out what the customer wants. We don't want the quick buck, but a lasting customer that comes back when they have something new.

White cilinder revieuw
I have orderd 2 inflatable Cilinders from Thyra inflatables. I oderderd 2 of the same type, thaer were two options: transparant and white (this is about the material and the finished product the imige of the carecter was the same.
Pro's:
Nice disign of the OC carecter.
Price for qualaty and size was good, 100 euro per Cilinder (that was without shipping)
Comunication with Thyra was good.
Con's
after having folded up the Cilinder a few small cracks in the ark of the carecter started to apear
the Comunication from the factory was bad, as a result thare were momends whare Thyra could not give clear ansers to questions becouse of the bad comunication from the factory to Thyra.
The time from having orderd it and geting is was long, some deadlines were not made.
Conclusion:
overall a desent experiance. the only real problem for me was that due to the lack of comunication at times I had the fealing I was getting scamed. However every time this fealing came up I talked with Thyra and he could reasure me.
From what I understand those Cilinders were his verry first products so thare were a bunch of problems, however I belive that Thyra has lernd what to do and what not to do in the future.
the 4 star revieuw is moostly 4 stars due to the problems with the factory, that was not in Thyra's hands.
