Very good proxy service
After asking where I could leave a review, they sent me your trustpilot, I really don't understand why there are so many fake reviews.
The service in my opinion is very good and worth the price, I had some problems with the activation and they were solved quickly.
Anyway, don't just take my word for it, you can ask for a free trial.

Worst proxy provider I have ever seen
Their money-back guarantee is a scam; even if you have a good justification for a refund, they'll always find a reason not to refund the proxies or they'll just keep telling you to read their rules.
After twice requesting that they erase my account and all related information from their system, I am still receiving invoices from them for the services I have canceled. I just attempted it for the third time, so hopefully they will act now after they see my review.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Thunder Proxies at All Costs!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying out Thunder Proxies, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this service upon my worst enemy. Here's why you should steer clear of their website:
Unreliable Service: The whole point of using a proxy service is to have consistent and reliable access to restricted content. However, Thunder Proxies completely failed in this aspect. The proxies provided were constantly dropping connections and failing to load websites, making the whole experience frustrating and counterproductive.
Customer Support Black Hole: Need assistance? Good luck with that. Their customer support is an absolute nightmare. It took me ages to even find a way to contact them, and when I did, the response time was measured in geological eras. Their support team seemed clueless and uninterested in helping resolve my issues.
Hidden Fees: The pricing on their website might seem reasonable, but don't be fooled. Thunder Proxies has a knack for sneaking in hidden fees that will catch you off guard when you receive your billing statement. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic that reeks of dishonesty.
In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how much of a disappointment Thunder Proxies turned out to be. Save yourself the headache and wasted time by avoiding this website like the plague. There are far better proxy services out there that actually deliver on their promises and treat their customers with respect. Thunder Proxies is an absolute train wreck that should be avoided at all costs.

Best price & quality for my use case
I am using their residential proxies for web scraping and the price/quality ratio is currently unmatched in my opinion. The performance is good and they don't make it seem like you are using more GB's than you actually are, unlike some other services. Improvements and tweaks to the network keep coming and they ask customers to test it beforehand which is a good sign. They have recently also added support for bank/card payments which I also really like.

A great service with little issues
Thunder proxy works very well for my use case. I'm very happy to say it's stable. If I have any criticism it would be that the ISP and city locations keeps switching too frequently. Also they could do better with the UI especially the generated proxy interface.

I bought a plan and barely used any data and my plan was already finished. Then they asked me to submit a "positive review" on trustpilot and they'll would add more data to my plan, stay away!!!
