Not worth the cost in my opinion
I light arrived on time , unfortunately half of the dropping units are chipped . I have still used the light as too much trouble to return . It is heavy and I am disabled and had to ask for help to assemble .
The assembly process is fiddly I couldn’t have done it alone . As there is a lot of reaching up. I would not have bought if I had been aware of this in the beginning. Expensive for what it is ,I would point out that the as I started off with that the Chandelier did arrive on time as expected it was the quality of the hanging parts that I was unhappy with and the fixings of the said hanging parts that I was mostly unhappy with . A chandelier of this cost I expected more .

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. It's important to acknowledge that while Trustpilot reviews are a vital platform for sharing customer experiences, they ideally should reflect the overall service provided by a company, rather than being based on a product or exceptional circumstances that may not fully represent the company's usual standards of service.
While every customer has the right to express their opinion and share their experiences, it's also crucial for reviews to be fair and considerate of the broader context. A 2-star review can significantly impact a company's reputation and may not always give a complete picture, especially when it's based on exceptional or isolated incidents.
We always encourage our customers to consider the entire scope of their interactions with us, from customer service and support to the overall quality and value of the service provided. This approach helps in providing a balanced and fair evaluation. We understand that in certain situations, like in your case with the chandelier, there are complexities and challenges that may lead to a less than satisfactory experience. It is also worth noting that installing a chandelier is always a two-man job, which can add to the complexity if this requirement is not anticipated.
Our return policy is straightforward: if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is faulty, As long as item is unused. simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase. We will cover the shipping costs and issue a full refund.
We are committed to addressing any issues our customers may face and continuously strive to improve our services. Should there be any specific aspects of our service that you feel could be enhanced or if you require further assistance, we are more than willing to listen and take constructive steps towards resolution.
Kind Regards.
