I had a family emergency and needed to get my child home from London. I accidentally booked her two flights on different dates. The support lady at Thrive was so patient and helpful in getting the situation resolved. A world of difference from other third party booking companies! I will definately look to Thrive for booking flights in the future.

I’m always nervous when finding a deal which just is too good to be true but it was just as simple as putting in our names and payment details and then you have seats together and still the same price , no hidden fees. .
