I have had a great experience here so far! I am new to using the Thrillcoins platform but just got my first redemption! I reached out to support and Ana was fantastic!! She was patient, very professional, kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. UPDATE- they finally “manually” reviewed my account and paid me, but it took Sweepsguard stepping in. I 100% believe they would have drug this out further without their help. That being said, they do pay, but not without a fight. Be careful depositing and playing here.

I successfully verified through Veriff, only to be told I now have to wait for a manual KYC review before I can redeem. No timeline was provided. What makes this especially frustrating is that I already verified when I opened the account. I've redeemed from many social casinos and none have made the process this difficult. It's hard not to notice that the extra hurdles appeared when it was time for them to pay. I'll update this rating when/IF I ever receive my winnings.

I had some trouble with the redemption process at first but it was my fault 100%. I gave them the wrong information on where to deposit the funds. When I submitted the request the second time I made sure to inform them which bank I used to purchase the coins. I received my money within 1 minute. I gave them 4 stars because when I spoke to customer service she couldn't explain to me why my redemption request was canceled. I wish she would've told me to make sure I use the same bank for redemption as I did to purchase.

Great Redemption Process Hands Down 1 Of The Best.....

I am a new player & purchased at least one coin package that I recall. My first redemption attempt was on May 16. Even though the site shows I’m fully verified they keep asking for more documentation including my Apple Pay transaction history showing the credit card it was charged to and also a copy of the back of the card. Now they’re telling me it’s with their compliance team & it can time. However on the platform it shows that it was paid out on May 26. When I chatted with customer service today they said it’s still pending with their compliance team. I’m about ready to give up on this site and the only reason I gave it two stars is because I still have hope that it may eventually hit my bank account. If so I will up my rating. I’ve never used a sweeps casino that takes this long to redeem, my redemption. It is under $200. I think it’s like $199.
