Charged $30 shipping on a $55 order. Contacted merchant within 15 minutes of placing the order and they refused to cancel the order only give credit for the order on a gift card. Products were poor quality and immediately went to thrift store pile.

Placed an order on Monday, March 2nd. On Friday, March 6th, I reached out about shipping and was told the order would be fulfilled the following week. (No reason it couldn't have been the week after I ordered.) Today is March 17th and the order has still not been shipped, nor have I received any communication from the store. I paid $2.48 for "package protection," which you also have to purchase if you want to be able to receive a refund or exchange items. I love having to have to pay for customer service. I emailed the store to request a refund. We'll see how that goes.

Purchased a top based on measurements posted at Threaded Pear for that specific top. I paid a few dollars in addition to their regular shipping fee for the "service of not charging a return shipping fee if I had to return the item". Paid on 11/23/25, it shipped out on 12/1/25 and arrived on 12/5/25. The top didn't match the measurements posted which seemed to be a problem on their behalf. If it doesn't match the description and I couldn't possibly wear it, I'd expect a full refund. They don't give refunds >> it's a merchandise credit only!!

I shipped it back on 12/6/25, after submitting photos and waiting for Threaded Pear to "approve" my return. On 12/12/25 I was issued a store credit for my payment, but they deducted the original shipping and extra insurance fee i paid. I didn't want any other merchandise, but customer service is non existent. I had to use the credit toward an item that was more expensive and pay for shipping again, but this time I skipped the extra insurance fee because I will never buy another thing from them. On 1/9/26, I placed an order and on 1/16/26 it was finally being shipped with expected delivery date of 1/21/26. So twelve to thirteen days average ship time on orders. If this top doesn't fit, it is going to Goodwill because I have no recourse to get any money back even though it was Threaded Pear that blatantly misrepresented the original item I purchased. DO NOT TRUST THREADED PEAR WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Order from Dec 10, 2024 still hasn’t showed up. $37 for a light pink Nike sweatshirt with a Hello Kitty graphic added. Scammers!

The shoulders and sleeves on the shirt have the seam on the outside. It looks like it was sewn incorrectly and will most likely fray because it’s not box-stitched. The material is flimsy and the quality is poor. I would return it but would have to pay for shipping and I would get a credit only, so it’s not worth it. I tried to leave a review on their website, but it looks like they only post positive reviews.

I had a very poor experience with this company which grossly over promised and under delivered. I ordered 2 Christmas/Holiday sweatshirts on the morning of December 11. When I didn't receive them in the couple days indicated when I ordered, I reached out to the company to get an ETA. I explained that I was travelling for the holidays and would be gone from December 22 - January 1 and would really like the 2 tops to wear during the 2024 holiday season. They said they were having packaging delays. My order was not shipped until December 16 (5 days after ordering) and didn't arrive until December 23 - twelve days after I placed my order and unfortunately after I left town for the holidays! For a company that seemingly prides themselves on fast shipping, this turnaround was completely unacceptable. I reached out to them to request at least my shipping fees be refunded (I paid $7.74 in shipping) and asked for a further discount on the tops which will now sit in my closet until next year. I also said that if they were experiencing delays in packaging, they should have at least paid the nominal amount it would have been to send my items in a 2-day priority mail vs. ground advantage. All they did was send me their return policy. This company operates outside of the Dallas area and I live in the Austin area so not very far. Needless to say I will NEVER shop this company again.

Been trying to get hold of them per email to tell them they sent the wrong items. I love the items I seen on Facebook but they sent me something different. Anybody got a phone number on them. I keep getting the email back for info @thehreadedpear.com.. It does not work

Cannot get anywhere with this company. Ordered one item…someone messed up my order…was sent two. I refused the second one and took it to the ups store to return. The Threaded pair gave me a temporary credit but on my current statement they reversed it.
This company is a scam. You will get nowhere dealing with them!

I purchased 2 items - same shirt in 2 different sizes. They were of low quality and one shirt arrived with a stain on the front. Placed order on 4/3/24 and received on 4/9/24. I returned both items which were delivered on 4/15/24. I have yet to receive a refund for these shirts!! I ordered through Walmart Marketplace and according to their policy, Threaded Pear must initiate the refund. However, Threaded Pear gives me the run around saying Walmart will refund me. I have contacted Threaded Pear 2x and have contacted Walmart 3x. I believe this is fraudulent and they are purposely avoiding refunding my money. Do NOT order from Threaded Pear!!!! Nightmare experience, poor quality.

Hangables Cosmetic Bag:small, made super cheaply, very different than description. Hanging hook is very small. Do not recommend buying it.

Quality of the blouse is disappointing - looks like something from a cheap mass production store. . Supposed to be "oversized" fit but runs very small. Return policy is at customers expense and for store credit only.

Beware of this company! My experience has been that of buying multiple items in one order. They send one item, then show ‘no record’ of anything else in the order and claim a subsequent order was delivered (when I was told it wasn’t in stock). Then customer service is all bubbly with the ‘thanks for reaching out. Hope your problem has been resolved’ when they did not resolve the problem! 10/10 do NOT recommend unless you’ve got money to burn.
