It's cool that I don't have to go out to shop some items are hit or miss like being sent the same underwear two boxes back to back being able to make multiple outfits is a plus

If you have an issue with a box or not getting your style there’s always someone there to help. It did take a little time to get my style down but once they do it’s great. I do like the hoods and jackets I received as well as the shirts but I would like to get more jeans to date I believe I’ve only received just two pairs of jeans and some pants but overall the style fits me . I especially like the colors I have been given so far but would like to see something brighter from time to time like red .

Absolutely Garbage!
I signed up for it, scrolled through the clothing and did not like anything they had. A few days later a package came with absolute garbage clothes low quality which I haven't even ordered. Called CS and cant even return the package bc of a no refund policy.

Very disappointed in the package that I got.
I even spring the extra money for the best tier and the clothes showed up dirty with bleach stains(not a design) and food stains all over them.
The only good thing out of the entire package was the shoes. The Sox and boxers were new, everything else looked like it came out of the goodwill box.
I have pictures and sent them to thread beast. They said I could send in my items for an exchange but since I immediately canceled my subscription when I saw the clothes I was ineligible.
I feel like I paid $320 for a pair of shoes and a bunch of used clothes.

Rocky take off to a smooth landing
Things started off a bit rough although customer support was very attentive and helpful. Stylist listened to my requests and I feel like they “get” me for the most part! Enjoying the quality of the material as well. Feels “Rich” lol. I have noticed what seems to be lack of New options after my first few boxes. Although the accessories are pretty cool.
