I really like that I can review what the stylist has picked and can choose or replace it. The clothes are quality.

The clothes they advertise are different from what they give you. No cancellations, and it will quickly make you purchase before you can edit anything. Don't fall for it.

The mindset of the stylist it’s so amazing. She has found things that I never would’ve thought of or if I would have seen them out I would not have looked at them. It truly gives me the opportunity to be the person that I wanna be, but also still be open minded to new things.

I am enamored with the shopping experience with THREADBEAST! I don't have to physically go shopping for a fit anymore. Love the styles & brands. My stylist nails each box every time.

Looking forward to see some brand options switched up.

The clothes were very good quality and I loved the designs on them. Also when I was gonna cancel because I had no money I was given a discount and that was awesome. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Good clothing choices

Boxes were great. The company has predatory practices. You cannot cancel easily or at all. They have a phone number that doesn’t work. The cancel button is broken. Even after sending multiple emails they insist on a call, but again, their phone doesn’t accept calls. Beware.

Good selection and quality clothing as well as shoes. Also, gives good accessories.

I was hesitant to subscribe at first, but I’m really glad I did. It’s been super easy to use, and so far I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve received. It’s also helped me slowly clear out old clothes from my closet that I never actually wore. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience.

I like the variety of different clothes, especially Cookies and Nike.

I’m not a big fan of shopping for clothes so I decided to try ThreadBeast and I was not disappointed. They send quality clothes and shoes that fit my style and are budget friendly. I will continue to use them in the future because it’s so much more convenient and the clothes are awesome!

I loved everything then clothes are perfect i just haven’t received tracking for my redeemed shirt and the box yall are suppose to send me with the shoes to replace what’s yall didn’t send

TB is really allowing me to try clothes that I wouldn’t normally buy for myself. I really get to enjoy different styles and colors without ever leaving my home. The stylists appear to listen and adjust to my requests!

TBH, I haven't put any videos up, but I should be, I got 2 baller boxes. Oh man very good outfits you can mix and match based off 1 box. Man honesty awesome job Threadbeast!

TL;DR: ThreadBeast charges up front, rarely delivers the brands you pick, swapping just gives you more unwanted items, and customer service can be hostile and contradictory. Shady platform — avoid if you care about actually getting what you want.

I was excited to try ThreadBeast to get some new clothes in the brands I like, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though I selected specific brands during setup, my curation included none of them. Most of the clothes didn’t match my style at all. There were ways to swap, but it would only replace items with more options I didn’t want.
When I called customer service for a refund, I was told they have a no-refund policy — even though I hadn’t received anything I liked. They explained that some brands aren’t always in stock, which seems like a poor excuse for charging customers up front for items they can’t guarantee. The process felt shady and misleading.
During the call, the representative initially said a refund wasn’t possible. After I explained my charge was still pending with my bank, she checked with a supervisor and said they could refund me minus $20, citing “banking politics.” When I pushed back, she became hostile, told me my account would be flagged, and said I was no longer welcome on the platform. Shortly after, I received an email confirming a full refund within 3–6 days, which contradicted what she told me on the phone.
Buyer beware: You must pay up front without seeing what you’ll get. Stock limitations mean you likely won’t get the brands you select. Overall, this feels misleading and unprofessional.
