I like the variety and it helps move me out of my limited comfort zone with great options.

Great quality clothes at an amazing price. The team really worked to make me happy when my first box was not perfect. I love the clothes and the ease of boosting my wardrobe.

Love the new format

I've been a ThreadBeast member for a while now, and I've been really impressed with the experience. The clothing selections fit my style well, and I've discovered brands and pieces that I probably wouldn't have picked out on my own. The quality has been consistently good, and it's convenient having new outfits delivered right to my door.

They listened to what I had to say. Even when they didnt have anything to fit me.

I can say this with absolute confidence, I’m not worried for any of my future boxes to be worth their weight in subscription price. The first box I received was great quality but it being the first box, I would say only half of the items were something I would’ve gone out and gotten myself. However, after rating the first box and sharing what I did or didn’t like about the items I received, I took another chance for my second box and it was like they genuinely took my review, wants, and preferences and styled it specifically to my own taste. I will continue to support this company and the amazing stylists/brands that they work with. Thanks Threadbeast!!

Box was delivered on time and all items were quality and exactly what I would wear

Clothes are great!!

The Hues are my pickup game. The variety is always open & clear*Never really fan of basic white but it's always modified in my favor.Overaĺl, coloring & designs are premium. I am a fan of trucker style & I received a fantastic version last shipment.

Signed up and had to pay before I could even pick out clothes. Well turned out I didn’t like any of the clothes.

Called to cancel and get a refund, but apparently they have a no refund policy so I might as well pick a box and cancel my subscription after receiving it.

Then I talked to someone else about getting a refund and they said since I had already placed the order I couldn’t get a refund.

Anyways, they ended up giving me a refund but charged me $20 to do a refund.

Idk how other clothing companies do buisness but they felt like a scam. Paying before picking clothes, no refund policy after you buy a box or after you pay before you even pick clothes.

I would advise going someone else.

Very disappointing experience overall with ThreadBeast, especially considering I signed up for the Baller package expecting a premium styling service.

The problems started immediately after ordering. I never received proper confirmation emails and had ongoing communication issues from the beginning. I emailed multiple times without responses and eventually had to reach out through Facebook several times just to get someone to reply. For a company built around subscription styling and customer service, this was a terrible first impression.

When the first box finally arrived, the styling completely missed the mark. The items felt random and disconnected from the preferences I provided. I was sent running shoes even though I do not wear running shoes, duplicate hoodies when I specifically said I did not need them, and multiple filler items like socks, boxers, and beanies that added no real value for me. Most of the shirts were not my style at all.

I also signed up during a promotion advertising $100 in extra clothing. Based on the marketing, I reasonably expected several additional items or at least something substantial. Instead, the “bonus” ended up being two identical T-shirts, which felt misleading and nowhere near what most customers would expect from a $100 clothing promotion.

To their credit, customer service eventually agreed to exchange items, but the process became another frustrating experience. After around five replacement boxes and repeated feedback, they still could not get the style right. Then, after all of the issues on their end, they wanted to charge me additional fees to continue exchanging items.

At that point, it became clear this service simply was not listening to customer feedback or delivering the personalized styling experience they advertise.

The concept is great, but the execution, communication, and styling consistency were extremely disappointing.

Great company, been receiving boxes for over a year and I love the quality and the value.

I love the clothes they sent. Im still new so I will let you know how things go as time goes on
