Sent wrong item!

Ordered lovely pair of earrings, waited nearly 2 weeks and got sent the completely wrong pair. Complained and they sent another delivery out, same wrong pair again! Just told me to send them back….no idea if I’m ever going to get the earrings I ordered. Very annoying!

Great quality but delivery time needs to improve

The quality of the clothing is great. It takes too long to get packages. There is also a challenge with sizes. One XL is too big the other is just right. Really frustrating to get the package after 3-7 days to then have to send back.
Love the idea and the choice on the website.

I’m really sorry to hear that your latest package took longer to arrive and that one of your items wasn’t perfect fit. Unfortunately, not all brands have the same sizing guides, with some favouring slimmer fits whilst others will prefer a more generous cut instead. Effortless

Never had a problem with the service, 100 day return policy is amazing, delivery prompt, selection good.

Sometimes you pay a small markup and miss out on offers by buying through Thread, but generally the best place to go for clothes of any price.

Love the concept, love the website. An additional comments with regards of sizing would make it even better! Found myself returning a few items back due to the wrong size.

I know algorithms play a part but in terms of what I’d be interested in buying time and again your recommendations are on the money.I also like the fact they are offered as 5 options rather than swamping me with your selections.Overall very impressive.

The most amazing customer service both via phone and email. Have used several times recently are would rate as the best customer service available for any product I’ve recently purchased. Absolutely brilliant

All pretty slick

All pretty slick. Like the way you are notified when things you like go on sale or are low on stock. Returns couldn’t be simpler.
Only thing that could be improved is speed of delivery. It’s not really bad but so many other places do it a little faster.
