I bought an Uriziel sword from the Gothic Remake from them for 400 euros. I asked for a replacement because it had numerous manufacturing defects, and I asked them several times to check it before dispatch. I received a sword in even worse condition, and they stopped replying to my emails.

If I don’t receive a reply by Friday, I’ll report the matter to the police. Don’t buy from this scammer!

Ich habe für Weihnachten 2 Tshirts bestellt, diese kamen auch recht zügig an. Eins wurde leider in der falschen Verpackung geliefert und war eine Größe s statt m. Nachdem ich dies mitgeteilt habe, kam auch promt die Nachricht, dass ich ein Retourenlabel zugesandt bekomme. Shirt in s zurückgesandt, Shirt in M bekommen. Leider war dieses sehr fusselig, weshalb ich nochmal an den Kundenservice geschrieben habe. Das Geld habe ich nichtmals einen Tag später zurückbekommen
Die anderen Tshirts von thq nordic waren ansonsten in einem einwandfreiem Zustand

I purchased several games from this company that were advertised as complete and functional. Upon receiving the games I quickly discovered they did not function and were not playable. I asked for my money back and they refused. This company has several of those products still listed for sale on their website which are scams in my opinion because they are not functional, there is no support for them, they have zero intentions of finishing the work or even to make them work. In their words " Not our problem." I will never purchase anything off THQ Nordic ever again because I feel they ripped me off of almost 120 dollars. One of the title's is called SuperPower 3 and it does not function at all. They never finished it and are still selling it to this day as a working product. They offer no support and they are 100% aware that it has never worked. Yet they have no issue taking money from people and not providing the software they advertised. Instead they give you a broken product. I have purchased twice from them once through G@#$.com and the other through S@#$Am.com Not mentioning the platforms because they did attempt to help get THQ to provide support and resolution. I personally think THQ needs to refund every purchase of Superpower 3 and a couple of other titles they have that do not work at all.

Sells garbage games. Playstation won't refund, I hope they will refund me but I doubt it

I bought a game from their online store, but it arrived damaged. I reached out to their support team to ask for a replacement, but they said the damage wasn’t enough to warrant a change. Even though the case spine artwork was completely damaged and visible in the photo I sent them, they wouldn’t budge. So, be careful when shopping from the THQ store. If your item gets damaged during transit, you’re out of luck. I’m stuck with the option of claiming a refund through my card, but there’s no guarantee I’ll get any money back.

Terrible game company all there games are broken from day 1 and thqnordic HATES xbox gamers.

For example Darksiders 2 deathinintive edition had 1 broken achievement and they fixed 3 years after release but fix the PlayStation version 3 months after release.
