Daniel has always been professional, responsive and helpful in managing my property. He communicates clearly, deals with queries promptly and has recently been proactive in assisting with a council tax issue affecting my rental property. After a plumbing issue with my property, Thornley Groves helped throughout the process of rehousing the tenants and organising repairs. Its property relationship manager (Daniel Garlick) contacting me with updates throughout the process.
