Great Looks…

I like the watches because they are really good looking and they were reasonably priced. The shipping took a little longer then I expected but they came and they are very nice. I like that they all fit my wrist without having to remove links.

Last November I purchased Thompson watch online. I bought 1 watch, I received 3. The products match the advertisement description and they were delivered in a regular time

Wristband adjustment tool did not come…

Wristband adjustment tool did not come with the watches (2).

Also the 3
Mini watches on the watch face showing the minute day and second are not working at all.

I emailed them weeks ago about these problems and they have not responded.

Thanks for reaching out. I checked the message history we have on file, and we’re not seeing any earlier email (from when you placed the order onward) reporting the issues you mentioned. The only message we can locate from you is an August inquiry about a color, and the next email we received was a forwarded marketing email from our store in December. It’s possible your earlier message didn’t come through on our side, went to a different inbox, or may have been sent using a different email address.

I was skeptical since this was a new…

I was skeptical since this was a new website. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. It was for my son'in-laws birthday and Christmas and my 2 grandsons Christmas gifts. The woman's was for my daughter.
They are elegant yet stylish. I got 9 for the price of 1- on sale! They answered immediately when I encountered difficulty and walked me through a solution. This co.pany is highly recemmended.
