Hope booked a two day hotel stay for us in Liverpool.

I had always thought you found cheaper deals with online booking sites than through travel agents but I was wrong!

We had been looking for some time through various booking sites and with hotels direct to find the best rates and times to go, Hope managed to find us an amazing deal during the October half term with interconnecting family rooms which in my experience are very hard to find and book through third party sites like booking.com.
We had also looked at apartments and B&Bs but this was by far the best deal and in a lovely hotel.

The process was quick, easy and stress free. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Will definitely use again!

She was flexible and helpful when my travel plans changed on my initial trip, and she produced a comprehensive travel plan laying out the options for a longer trip, working with me to make sure she catered to my needs.
