I’ve been buying thisisutil furniture and I can’t recommend it enough. Very well built, sleek design and a great company! I would highly recommend :)

The people at Util were a joy to work with. They were incredibly communicative during the whole process of outfitting my salon with a set of stations and peripheral shelving. It was refreshing to work with real people with a passion for what they are creating

It goes without saying that the products are beautiful as well, and the packing nest and tidy

Très beau design mais ça reste quand même sacrément artisanal.
On a commandé 3 articles (plié wall shelf 2, KGT wall monted drawers 3 horizontal et le shoe rack), ça a mis 4 mois à arriver !!! On a reçu à 3 reprises des mails de report de la date de livraison.
L’emballage est nickel mais quelques éléments de finition pourraient être à revoir, la finition en alu brossé des tiroirs est vraiment mal faite et surtout : il n’y a pas de poignée ou trou ou accroche pour les ouvrir !! Il faut donc se faire mal au bout du doigt en essayant de le glisser dans la fente au-dessus pour ouvrir un tiroir, et ça c’est super nul. Ne pas imaginer mettre des choses utiles tous les jours, c’est vraiment dommage que le design fasse oublier la praticité et l’usage.

Very beautiful products, friendly & fast customer service through WhatsApp. We have a Hal coat rack, one Plié single shelf and two KGT storage boxes since 2022, they still look brand new and get so many compliments! The sample service is very helpful to select the right coating.

Pedí una estantería el 9 de junio y estamos a 19 de agosto y sigo sin recibirla. Ni siquiera me contestan del servicio de atención al cliente. Estoy bastante cansada ya de reclamarlo. No creo que vuelva a comprar nunca más. Thisisutil.com
