Awful experience. The package has not been sent to me after more than two weeks waiting. Customer service is very bad as they take ages to reply my emails. They said to me I should contact the carrier and I don’t even have a contact number. I want a full refund and they don’t reply. Not recommendable at all.

Met 1 week eindelijk eentje gekregen. Het was dom van mij om zo lang te wachten. Ik had er gewoon eerder een moeten krijgen. Het heeft mijn slaap enorm geholpen.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Took forever to arrive when it finally did the packaging was broken and the pillow soiled. Have requested a refund a total of 6 times now (via instagram and email) they take forever to reply and have thus far ignored my request for a refund and offered to send me a new pillow, which I have clearly stated I do not need as I was so convinced my original purchase got lost in the post- it took so long to arrive and I bought from somewhere else to help me sleep.
