I think the delivery was OK but the product is not as advertised. Cushion is so hard that it is too uncomfortable. As thick as the cushion is, it should be much more comfortable than what it is.

The cushion is too small. It doesn’t fit my wheelchair seat or the recliner seat. They are not over sized chairs. The cushion would be great if I could use it. It’s just too small.

It got here pretty fast,compared to some other douches i've bought from. Too bad this all comes from from China! And idiots who deliver don't put the item between my front drs.on the S.W.side of Chgo. IQ. in the U.S. is dropping to match its leaders,and Pol.party. Seat should have a tailbone area cut away in it.

This is my second purchase, and I have one more coming. These cushions make a great difference in my health and comfort. The only improvement I can suggest would be a handle of some sort on the covers, as they can be heavy for a disabled senior to move around or take with them.

Yesterday I said I only got one of the 2 I ordered but they were shipped at 2 different times and second one came in today.
They are nice cushions and my wife loves them for the wheel chair etc

The cushion seems to be well made. A little firm at first but I know it will soften with a little use.
I do wish it was 1-2" longer and wider to better fit the average American adult physique a little better. I would also like there to be a "carve out" area to accommodate the tailbone, as to avoid pressure in that area.
Other than my critique for design improvements, the cushion itself seems great!

This is a thick cushion! The cover has little spots to aid in gripping the chair. I had purchased a previous cushion and cover which was half the thickness, and I left it on the seat of the plane. Someone else can enjoy that. I look forward to many years of use of my zerocushion. I bought one for my husband too, and he has used it for extended TV watching in comfort.
