The Yellow Van Company Arvostelua

Had Damian & Naresh last week for a move that required multiple stops. They made moving so much less stressful than it would otherwise have been. Incredible attitude and efficiency. Appeared relaxed even though they didnt even stop for breaks or lunch. I dont know how Luke manages to consistently secure decent lads on his team but well done. Have been a customer of their's for 20 odd years and would not use anyone else for small to medium removals. Brilliant!

I recently used The Yellow Van Company and the service was fantastic. Alex and Bart were punctual, polite and very helpful. The delivery was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!!

My driver was Neil Tiler, very friendly efficient and helpful service, would definitely recommend this company to others !

Arrived 7 hours later than my booking. I had booked this for midday to avoid the traffic going out of London, as it was a Friday and wanted to avoid the weekend commute, as the drop off was in Kent. They called to say that they were running extremely late and very kindly offered me a 10% discount. I explained that the booking would take longer now, as it was happening in rush hour and they said not to worry about that and I would not be charged due to the lateness. The lads arrived exhausted, I ended up doing most of the work. As predicted the journey took much longer, about 35 mins more. Midway through unloading, they informed me that my time was up, as I had only paid for four hours. I informed them that their manager had said not to worry about the overtime and would not be charged. They accused me of lying and refused to continue, leaving me at 10 o’clock at night with a loading bay full of my goods.

Wow 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We used Luke and his team yesterday for our move, to say we were anxious as we needed to not only move from AtoB but also make a stop on the way to our storage unit to collect more items all of which was made stress free and simple. The 2 guys Alex & Nuresh arrived earlier than expected which was great and got to work straight away, moving furniture and boxes from our flat on the first floor, it amazed me how much they manage to pack into thier van, they are obviously the experts 😎 We highly recommend Luke & his team and thank them for making a stressful time easy, quick and extremely professional.

I recently used the services of Alex and Dean from Yellow Van for my move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They took great care with all my belongings, ensuring everything was packed, handled, and transported with precision and care. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they worked tirelessly to make what is usually a stressful experience completely hassle-free.

The Yellow Van Company were wonderful in handling our move. Alex and Naresh were professional, courteous and so so efficient! Moving day is a particularly stressful day but their great attitudes put us at ease, and every item was delivered perfectly (they handled the boxes with great care). I would recommend this company to anyone in need of movers to transition into your home with ease. Thanks, Lana

Wonderful service provided by Alex and Naresh – these guys were real superstars and handled a huge amount of items with care and professionalism. A pleasure having them and The Yellow Van Company on hand.

Terrible company and service.

The van driver was rude, literally threw my items into the van and kept stalling for time and trying to charge me extra. Awful - will never use these guys again.

Hi,

My name is Antonis, my partner Vincent Lataste.
Today we’ve had the luck to have Kevin Azzopardi helping us with my partner to move out. I’m saying the “luck” because he was extremely helpful, professional, prompt, quick, willing to help and we had a loooooooot of stuff to carry. I’m sure if it wasn’t for him the experience would be way more difficult. I don’t have one negative thing to say and I’m usually a bit quirky. Not sure who the boss of this guy is but if someone is reading this review please make sure to give that guy some credit because he’s honestly flawless and I usually never bother to leave reviews but this time I feel I had to. My partner shared the same feedback. Thank you so much Kevin and if we happen to move again in a few years we’ll choose again yellow van, thanks to you. You’re the best. Thanks again

I've used The Yellow Van Company 5 or 6 times now. Every time its 5 stars. Thank you to the lovely, hardworking and efficient Nathan who was the driver on this occasion and also to the equally lovely and energetic loader - who's name i cannot remember - so sorry! (move on 4th Oct at 9am). As a returning customer I will continue to use them again and again.

Georgi and Usama did a great job and get me sorted super quickly and efficiently. Very professional service would highly recomend

Great service, friendly and very helpful mover. Will highly recommend to friends and family! ...and will use again when I'm moving again!

Dan and Georgi are super helpful with the move. It was a super long day and they stayed to help me. I really appreciate their assistance and would recommend them as your mover

Georgi and Naresh were my movers. They were awesome. Helpful, on time, polite - nothing was too much trouble. I’ll definitely use this service again next time I need to move. Recommended without hesitation.

Georgi and usama were amazing huge thank you to them for helping me and my wife move.

Great work from Georgi and Usana! Professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I am a returning customer. This is the second time I have used The Yellow Van Company service for my move. I met Conroy, a very friendly man from Jamaica who carried all my belongings down from the second floor (no elevator), and secured them in the van.
During our trip to the new place, we had a chat and he told me a lot about the company.
The rest of the move went smoothly, and we managed to get everything done within the booked time slot.
I will recommend The Yellow Van Company to family and friends.

Great guys Daniel & Georgi. They were so helpful and very affable in their dealings. Thanks so very much guys !

Georgi was really helpful and nice. GREAT SERVICE!
