We have never experienced service and accommodation to this level before, it was exceptional and perfect to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. From the quality and thoughtfulness of the welcome hamper to the attentiveness of the cleaners. As for the caterers, they totally added to the enjoyment of the vacation. Kimmy the the chef and her assistant Susana quickly became a good friends to us all and served up some wonderful dishes at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Its hard to find fault in any aspect of this stay at Cromwell House, apart from perhaps it all went a bit too quickly!

The whole process is straight forward simple no fuss no dramas. The quality of the property was above expectation's and is as they say a WOW.

The old Parsonage in Leek was a well appointed venue for a family gathering for 16 people. The accommodation was spacious and attractively decorated and furnished.All amenities were as described and clean and tidy.
Leek itself is an attractive town with plenty of of shops and food outlets.
The 3 night stay was enjoyed by everyone from aged 6 to 80 years.
Fun was the order of the day and that was achieved in abundance.

My whole family agreed that this is the loveliest house we have stayed in for a family celebration of which we have had many. There was something for everyone from 12 to 77.
My only criticism would be that there didn’t appear to be a house book which would have been helpful.
All in all a wonderful house in a beautiful setting and would highly recommend to anyone.

Honeybourne Manor- we stayed here for a Hen Party and the team were amazing before hand recommending Pubs, restaurants, company’s for yoga and massages to come out to the Manor. The grounds of the house were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed yoga in the garden on one of these days, they had everything you needed for cooking for a large group of people. The little bar in the garden was great, and perfect for a hen party celebration. the hot tub and sauna were a great bonus they were clean and all set up for when we arrived. We would definetly use this company again in the future, communication was second to none and the house was amazing.

Stunning property for our family holiday. Beautiful house modernised to a really high standard. The beds were so comfortable! We had stunning weather so made great use of the swimming pool, pool house and the lake house.
Georgie the manager was super helpful throughout our stay and Paul the chef did a great buffet for us.

10 adults and 5 children stayed at Rosewood Retreat, a Wow House property.
No one left the property in the week apart from food shopping and the weather was glorious.
The property was pristine and we soon settled in. There was plenty to keep the children happy with the indoor swimming pool, croquet, garden chess, tennis courts and more. I hired a local chef for one meal and a pampering session , including Yoga on the lawn, all through recommendations from The Wow House which worked very well.
We had a memorable family holiday.
This was our third time of using a Wow House property.

DO NOT BOOK.. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has treated my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

We booked a staycation to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, but tragically, my mum passed away unexpectedly before our trip. Due to this devastating loss, we were unable to travel. We contacted the company immediately, hoping they would show some compassion and understanding given the circumstances.

Instead, we have spent over two months chasing them for a refund. Our calls and emails have been ignored on numerous occasions, communication has been extremely poor, and the whole process has been unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, they have kept 100% of the money we paid, despite the exceptional circumstances.

While I understand that companies have policies, I also believe there should be room for compassion when a family is dealing with the sudden death of a loved one. Their complete lack of empathy and poor customer service have made an already heartbreaking situation even more distressing.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We expected understanding, compassion, and professionalism during a time of grief, but sadly received none.

The team were very helpful at all stages of the booking and quick to respond to all our requests. The house exceeded our expectations so I would definitely use the Wow House Company again when looking for somewhere special to stay with family and friends.

Set in arguably one of the nicest market towns in the UK, Very tastefully decorated house on a grand scale, lots of room for group activities, large well equipped kitchen and dining facilities, great outdoor dining and secure private garden. Bedrooms are all generous and beds and bedding is top quality. The house has a lived in quality which I found very welcoming and relaxing especially with a couple of dogs in tow.
