I've been a wine club subscriber for some time now and I really enjoy getting my box of wine every 8 weeks. Great independent wines and grape varieties that I wouldn't think to try.

Ordered 3 bottles of wine and one was corked. Sent an email asking what could they do and still waiting for a reply. No acknowledgment that the email has been received or that I will be contacted to organise a substitution. Very disappointed
