Hi Rasa, I'm so sorry that you had to pick your delivery up from your local post office, this usually happens when Parcelforce have already tried to deliver your parcel to your home but were unable to. Indeed this is what has happened to your parcel as delivery was attempted on Monday 14th September. Parcelforce send either an email or a text message to our customers informing them of their imminent delivery. If this did not happen with you, can you please let me know by email at info@thewinecompanyni.com? You did pay the usual amount of £7.95 for home delivery when you placed the order with ourselves so I would like to get to the bottom of this and would appreciate it if you would let me help.

Great, efficient, cheap service

Have been looking for this wine everywhere and finally found it here. Extremely simple process to purchase, cheap and no issues. Had the wine, which was well packaged, delivered in under 5 working days. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service and lovely wine

Great service and lovely wine - we're very pleased. The only thing I'd like is less plastic packaging, or for it to be returnable and re-used (I'd be happy to reuse other people's packaging).
