Exactly what you would hope for from an online retailer.Space Saver for my Kia Niro was as described and delivered very quickly by DHL .I had an initial query before purchase which was responded to within hours.I see some reviews have been negative but I don't believe from my experience that they wouldn't quickly put right any occasional problems that arise.Very good value for money and would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a spare wheel for my 2014 Honda Civic and asked a few questions on the phone which were very well answered. The new wheel and toolkit arrived a day earlier than promised and I was delighted to find a brand new Continental tyre on the wheel. Having tried the wheel on the car I found it fitted perfectly, the scissor jack worked perfectly and had an easy to use ratchet handle which is a great bonus. The only problem was with the extending wheel nut spanner which had a faulty ball bearing so the socket kept falling off. However a quick phone call to the company and they are sending a new spanner. What excellent customer service from an excellent company

Scam, they sent me a 15 years old wheel . Avoid

I bought a space saver wheel and jack, advertised to fit a G01 X3 BMW. The wheel was fine, about the same diameter as the ones on the vehicle, however the same cannot be said for the jack, it was way to big to fit into the jacking points. I contacted Wheelshop and spoke to a manger who promised a replacement jack (all good so far)
So I gave him the dimensions of the jacking points and waited. A couple of days later the exact same (overssized) jack arrived. I contacted Wheelshop, was promised a phone call from a manger, but nothing! you have been warned. Utter waste of money if you can't jack the car up?

I have just had delivered a space saver wheel and tyre, a three ton scissor jack and a wheel brace with a selection of sockets. The quality of the items is exceptional and the delivery by DHL was faultless.
It really is refreshing to receive such excellent service, thank you.

Just taken delivery of my Renault full size spare plus all the tools and my VW Golf spacesaver. Both brilliant, what more could I want? Absolute peace of mind with the absurd sticking plaster foam blast repair kits that came with both cars now moved to one side. Great customer service, free delivery and very fast - thank you from a relieved and satisfied `old school` customer.

What a first class service I ordered a spare wheel and a car jack on Tuesday morning the goods were delivered on Thursday morning one hour before they were due the goods are in absolutely perfect condition and I would recommend this company to anyone could not fault the service or the goods

Despite having to return my order I'd like to give The Wheel Shop five stars. The service I received was first class and I had a full refund with no questions asked paid very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 10/10

was send a used tyre when paid for new, a tyre that showed signs of perished.
contacted seller to see what was going on to be told it would be collected. no explanation or apology.
finally got refund after seller stopped communicating had to contact PayPal.
no how to do business.
My advise is avoid

ordered 2 new spare wheels with tyres on wednesday at 3.45pm , delivered in less than 19 hours. from Manchester to chesterfield unbelievable. good quality, and kept informed all the time highly recommend

My wife ordered a space saver + toolkit for her car, and one without the toolkit for mine.

Quickly delivered, as described and well packaged.

My error, but subsequently found i needed a larger size for my car - very quick response to email enquiries, and immediately arranged a replacement and collection plus a small (entirely reasonable) additional cost.

Highly recommended.

I ordered a spare wheel from. The wheel shop.17″ Space saver spare wheel + tool kit compatible with MG HS (2017-Present day).
Unfortunately, I found out when I placed the spare tyre into the boot. That the retaining bolt that came with the vehicle was far too short.
Currently the wheel is just loose in the back of the car and Unsafe. I did contact them and let them know that this was the problem. However, they had no retaining bolts.
Considering the price of the item. You would have expected this to just go directly into the vehicle. without any problems. However, this is not the case. Be aware.

Ordered a spacesaver wheel as not happy with inflation kit on my hyundai. Hassle free ordering and delivery. Ordered on Sunday got it this am Tuesday excellent service

Just an excellent service. From the order to delivery a fantastic service. The wheel and tools were just as described. In fact the were better than described. They were still all in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
If there was a downside, it would be that the carrier let them down. But I would highly recommend and would def use again. Thanks very much.

The customer service was good and the delivery was on time but when I asked for the tyre pressure as it is not on the information I have not had a reply.

Don't recognise the tyre brand but after all, it’s only for a spare rather than the messy and useless foam
As everyone says, thank goodness for now having a spare and hopefully will never need it Peace of mind again even if it will add a little bit extra weight in the boot..29 cars on and was never a problem but latterly got peeved when the spare wheels stopped and the lightweight foam kits started appearing so always replaced it with a spare from one source or another so hats off to the Wheel Shop for making it so easy.
My wife's Xmas present but my black eye will fade!!
