The Wellness Travel Expert Arvostelua

I’ve now booked three stays at Kamalaya through Samantha and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Samantha is incredibly knowledgeable about wellness travel and makes the whole process so easy. She understands Kamalaya extremely well, is always responsive and helpful, and takes a genuine interest in making sure the experience is right for you rather than simply making a booking.

My latest stay was every bit as wonderful as I remembered — if anything, I enjoyed it even more — and Samantha made everything leading up to the trip completely seamless.

Having now returned to Kamalaya three times, it remains my favourite wellness retreat, and I’ll absolutely be booking through Samantha again when I’m ready for visit number four!

Samantha was there every step of the way.
She sourced a fabulous experience for me - with great results!

I love working with Samantha - she always has a variety of options for an amazing holiday and is always happy to source new resorts and programs if needed. Would highly recommend

I stumbled across Samantha while searching for a retreat in Bali. With so many options available, it all felt incredibly overwhelming, and I was honestly close to giving up.
Somehow I came across Samantha, and all I can say is she deserves 100 stars! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond. I was so anxious about travelling alone and had endless questions, but not once did she make me feel like I was being annoying. She was patient, kind, and supportive every step of the way.
After returning from my retreat, I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation I had and ticked more boxes than I ever imagined. Going through Samantha took every bit of stress away. She organised absolutely everything, so all I had to do was pack my bags and make it to the airport on time.
Travelling overseas on my own was a huge leap of faith for me, but Samantha made the whole process feel effortless. All I had to do was give her my travel dates, my budget, and a list of what I was looking for in a retreat, and she found the perfect one.
The best part? There were no out-of-pocket costs for using her service. I honestly couldn't recommend Samantha highly enough and will 110% be using her again for future trips. Thank you for making such a life-changing experience so easy and stress-free!

I have been booking my Wellness trips via Samantha for nearly 6 years (if not longer). The process is simple and takes saves me time and effort. I definitely recommend using this service. I will continue to in the future :-)

Samantha was a delight to work with. We were interested in a health and wellness retreat, she outlined several options and then assisted in all aspects of the trip. We chose RAKxa Wellness, Bangkok and were enormously pleased with the our stay. Samantha knowledge and experience guided us to exactly what we wanted from our Health and wellness experience. We will definitely work with Samantha for our next wellness trip!

An amazing and rewarding experience at Kamalaya, made all the better by having the organisation of the fabulousness done by Samantha who knows her stuff and gives her time and knowledge in a way that you need when you're considering a wellness travel experience. Highly recommend The Wellness Travel Expert

Thanks Samantha will absolutely let friends and family know to contact you should they decide to book a trip. It has been such a smooth process booking through you and I appreciate that you are highly responsive as well as respectful and understanding of any changes that need to be made.

Thanks for everything you helped organise. The trip was transformative and I absolutely loved Kamalaya. Being there with the founders made it extra special. Thanks again!

I had the most wonderful time at Kamalaya. I left feeling very much refreshed and relaxed. It was hard to leave and I’m already thinking about when I can return. Thanks for taking care of everything. It really was perfect.

Well, wasn’t that just delightful!!! It was everything I could have hoped for and more…. My husband and I were talking about you last night and I don’t think either of us would have booked the breaks without you – I would have been a bit uncertain, had lots of questions that I needed answered and did need a little nudge to do something for myself! You are completely the right mix of professional and knowledgeable. The package you selected was perfect for me. It was great having the daily treatments – and did a few different ones. I would have ummed and ahhed about it if they weren’t included so was great just to have the decision made… Same to include dinner – super easy to just order what I wanted and not even think about the cost. It really is a very special place you selected for me and I came home relaxed and rejuvenated. Our family think you are amazing at your job and will definitely be in touch when I am booking my next wellness retreat!

We have booked a number of trips, including wellness oriented trips with Samantha. Her depth of knowledge, first hand experience and ability to cater bespoke travel to suit us is what brings us back to her year after year. Everything was meticulously planned and organised, follow up emails, reminders - everything you need for a seamless holiday. Which means more time to enjoy what has been planned!

We are so grateful for Samantha's time and experience and cannot wait to book our next trip!

Got more time off than had anticipated and wanted to make the most of it. Samantha was awesome in researching, presenting options, and following up. I am so grateful to her!!!

Thank you. I will definitely use your service again.

Wow what a star Samantha is! She made our last minute booking with options to consider for Bali, super easy. Great advice based on her real experience of resort options presented, made this an easy and trusted choice. Absolutely recommend her and will use again.

fantastic, friendly service, from people with first hand experience at the places that they recommend

Samantha has been amazing. I am still.qiite amazed at how promptly she responded to all of my queries.

I will 100% recommend Samantha to anyone !

Nicolle was so helpful with organising my fitness retreat to Bali. It is my first experience undertaking a trip away on my own to focus on my personal health and well-being. Nicolle was able to organise additional days at the resort beyond what is the standard time and was also able to put my mind at ease regarding some of my insecurities in undertaking this adventure by happily providing advice and examples that has made me feel good about being slightly self indulgent. I will provide an update of my trip that I am so looking forward to upon my return.

Nicolle Whitaker of itravel is just fabulous
Nicolle looked, and looked and looked and looked for me re the best resort for me and finally the one she chose for me was amazing. Nicole double checked to make sure it captured everything I want and dealt with my multiple queries. Thanks Nicolle for choosing Absolute Sanctuary, it was all and more I expected.

I picked a wellness retreat program to celebrate a milestone birthday and Samantha was just amazing in going over all the options with me, staying in close contact to answer all my questions and was so patient while I took time to make up my mind.

My emails and inquiries always received a reply in less than 24 hours but at the same time I never felt pressured to rush any decisions or book anything I was not sure about. I’m looking forward to my trip. I’ll make sure to update my review after the trip so I can provide details about my experience at the facility and the services I receive there. I just wanted to highlight the amazing inquiry and booking experience I had, thanks to Samantha and the personalized care and attention she gives to her clients.

Was lucky enough to have Samantha take care of everything, exceptionally attentive and professional whilst providing a personal touch!
