The Weight Loss Guru Ltd Arvostelua

Pippa is a genius and a ball of energy. I was despairing over never losing my lockdown weight gain -10 kilos - and she has enthusiastically guided me through it with common sense, humour, understanding and massive motivation. I know how to eat and what to eat and when to eat and have lost 8.5 kilos since early May. She has given me inspiration over what to do after a’bad’ day and I have not missed food I thought I relied on because they weren’t sugar - potatoes, bread, butter, nuts, crisps etc. The negative noise chatter in my head has gone and I am calm about my eating habits for the first time in years and also looking so much better with lots of compliments. I’m 67 so this has been an important move for future health. At the end of my course now I have signed up for monthly sessions. Thank you Pippa! xx

About 8 weeks ago I tore a ligament in my knee – so annoying, especially since its prevented me from doing much exercise apart from walking and upper body exercises. But slowly slowly its improving so Ive now caught up on three of Pippa's classes and I just wanted to say how much im enjoying them. She’s so good and Im really happy giving my body that boost most mornings for half an hour. So a huge thank you from me.

I have just been to visit Pippa in her new clinic and had a session of fat freezing on some of the bits on my body that were being tryingly slow to diminish in size. It was a pleasant experience and took about 35 minutes for each area, completely pain free and un invasive. Pippa did the treatment herself which was lovely as I got to meet her as I live in Italy. She has a font of nutrional knowledge to help me continue with my new way of life. Many thanks for all your help.

A repeat client of Pippa’s, her plan is hands down the only plan for me.
I eat more, move more and my mental health has improved considerably.
Pippa’s enthusiasm for my success is infectious, our Zoom calls are my lifeline- providing support, accountability and motivation.
Thank you Pippa ❤️

Pippa has been an incredible coach throughout my weight loss journey. What’s made the biggest difference is not just the progress on the scales, but learning a realistic and sustainable way of living that I can continue well beyond a “diet phase.” Since working with her, my overall health has improved significantly — I’m sleeping better, my digestion has improved, and I have so much more energy. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

After struggling with my weight all my life and feeling so confused about who to listen to, finally in my mid 50s (with Hashimoto’s disease making my weight gain worse and worse ) I’ve found Pippa and I lost 18kg with ease with her expert guidance. Life then threw a whole heap of stressful situations at me and I put most of that weight back on! Thinking I must surely understand how to eat now, I tried and failed to loose it again! Shifting old patterns is not straight forward! So I’ve returned to ask for Pippa’s help once again. Instantly I’ve started shedding the weight. About 1kg per week. I just needed her to remind me of what different foods do to your body. Which foods to avoid. The times to eat and how to handle socialising around food. It’s such simple, obvious things that make all the difference but I’ve needed her help and support to do it. I don’t want to go on expensive drugs to loose the weight, I want to learn and relearn how to eat for ever for good. Pippa has saved my life really - I was heading down a road to diabetes and illness but through learning to care for my body - I think things look a whole heap different. After 50 years of eating badly - it’s no wonder it’s taking some support to alter the bad habits. I’m now going to check in with her every 3 weeks to truly make sure I can have a routine that sticks. Her help is truly priceless.

Changed my life!! Lost 10kg in 3 months. I'm eating more food than ever before, yet losing weight, having more energy & feeling amazing! Highly recommended Pippa

Pippa is amazing and has enabled me to to gain a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. Totally inspirational and professional. Pippa has helped me to change my life, I am happier and healthier than for years!

After struggling with commitment and giving up on my wellness journey despite seeing various nutritionists, Pippa was THE ONE who reached me on a deeper level by helping me address my eating disorder with techniques that truly made a difference. Her immediate, insightful advice, unwavering support, and personalized approach ensured I never felt lost or discouraged, kept me motivated through every challenge, and ultimately helped me achieve transformative and lasting change in my health and lifestyle.
THANK YOU PIPPA , you have helped made my life better!

Working with Pippa has been nothing short of life-changing. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my goals, challenges, and lifestyle in a way that felt personal and genuinely supportive. Instead of giving me a one-size-fits-all plan, she created a realistic, sustainable program that actually fits my daily routine.

What I appreciate most is how she focused on education, not just instruction. I now understand why I’m making certain choices, not just what to do. That clarity has helped me stay consistent and confident, even on days when motivation is low.

The changes I’ve experienced—weight loss, more energy, better digestion, improved mood, and healthier habits—didn’t happen overnight, but her constant encouragement and accountability made the process enjoyable and empowering. She celebrate both the small and big wins with me and helps me course-correct without judgment when things feel tough.

If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise, compassion, and a truly holistic approach to health, I cannot recommend them enough. My life feels lighter, healthier, and more balanced thanks to her guidance.

Pippa is the best in the business. She helped me to be in the best shape of my life forever. Gave me all the tools to stay healthy, fit and strong and in control of my body without diets or restrictions. She is passionate about helping people and deeply cares about her clients. 10 out of 10 for me.

I can't really begin to explain how much Pippa has changed my life. After realising that my weight gain had gotten out of control, I finally took the plunge to get some help that wasn't the weight loss jab route. It was so important for me to go on this journey 'the old fashioned way', by loosing weight naturally, changing my diet, lifestyle and relationship with food. Over the last 2 and half months, Pippa has helped me do exactly that. The kilos are dropping off, I have more energy, I am finally starting to feel myself again and finally after all these years my relationship with refined carbs has been fixed. I just can't believe how easy it has been and how much self control I have gained. My weekly calls with Pippa bring me so much joy and I really do feel proud of everything I have achieved so far. I'm not there yet but I am certainly nearly half way to my final goal! Thank you Pippa!!! Elin x

Working with Pippa has been one of the best things I have ever done. Following treatment for breast cancer I wanted to give my body the best chance of moving forward on a healthy path. I have lost weight without pills or injections. Just healthy eating of delicious fresh foods. I have learnt what and when to eat along with how to add an easy to follow exercise plan. I look and feel the best I have in ages and am the same weight three months after finishing the program. I would highly recommend.

Paid for access to online content and twelve private consultations with the nutritionist. Received fittness videos that I cannot access (you need an instagram account). The online videos were made in lock down and are available on YouTube.
Unfortunately could not proceed with the private consultations due to ill health, therefore ask for a refund and was told that owe the online content and that they put my accounton hold until I can proceed.
In short I paid alot of money with no sign of a refund, and the have not replied to my last email.
