The Watch Directory Arvostelua

Great service from Jonathan and his team with the purchase of my Omega speedy pro.
Especially as I asked for the watch to be shipped to Corsica and the box to the UK,which they arranged FOC.
Would definitely use them again.

Purchased an Omega Seamaster for my wife at a fantastic price. I spoke with Jonathan on a couple of occasions to keep abreast of the delivery process and he told me exactly what the situation was on each call and as soon as the watch was dispatched it was shown the web site. The watch was posted Royal Mail signed for and was delivered the following day. All in all a painless process that has resulted in a very happy wife!

The service, communication and delivery times were beyond excellent. Jonathan is a true Gentlemen and this is reflected in the companies business ethos and service delivery.

The watch is fantastic and I look forward to doing business again in the future.

After spotting a potential purchase on line, I contacted seller via email to get a rapid response and later a more phone call from founder, Jonathan, which in this day and age I really appreciated and something that gave the whole experience a more personal feel.
After finding that location was within in travelling distance it was arranged to visit and view watch which turned into a far more informal chat about passion for watches and left feeling in no way pressured to purchase.
Whilst saving and contacting intermittently always to prompt relies the watch suddenly was out of stock, only to be told that they would do there best in the New Year to source another for me, unknown to me that in the meantime my wife had purchased for me for Christmas and Jonathan had personally delivered to her, now thats some service.
Now I am a proud owner of a new Oris BC4, at a great price and supplied with great service more importantly, The Watch Directory will now be my first port of call on any new purchases and please be aware that if you have any concerns about purchasing from them DONT,!!! excellent products, excellent price and excellent service you cant ask for more.
Many Thanks - Nick Morgan, Whitstable, Kent.

Great communication. Quickly resolved temporary shipping issues. Item exactly as advertised. Would definitely purchase from him again.

My husband has wanted an Oris Aquis for over 20 years so last year I said to him if you give up smoking I will buy you one with the money we saved my husband hasn’t smoked for over a year so we started looking and after reading the reviews on trust pilot we shopped on line at the watch Directory and were amazed at the price we have saved over £300 by buying from them they were quick to reply and very quick on delivery the Oris was well packaged So no damage at all on the box 📦
My husband is over the moon with his Oris so thank you Johnathan for making my husbands year

I used The Watch Directory to source a watch for my father for Christmas.

Considering it was a newly released model and not available everywhere they managed to find it in only a few days and at a tidy saving. So not only fast but cheaper than anywhere else too!

Thank you again - All i can say to anyone looking for a watch at a great price and from what i believe a honest, straight up and decent company with no front or hidden agenda, use this company. I will be in the future for sure!

Received my Oris aquis from the watch directory yesterday and am very happy with my purchase, delivery was on time and box was very well packaged so no chance of damage occurring during the delivery process. Jonathan responded in a speedy manner to the numerous emails I sent him and made it clear he was happy to help with any enquiries I had. If you don't see the watch you're after on the website just email them a link to the watch you want and they will be able to get it for you, I requested details on a couple of watches not on the site and they were able to come back with prices and a rough delivery date. The watch came with all necessary manuals and the manufacturer guarantee card. I will certainly be giving my custom to the watch directory again when looking for my next watch and have already recommended them to a couple of friends. One last thing is the price, I searched for hours and hours before making this purchase and I can assure you that you will not get a better price than with these guys, some of the savings on the rrp are unbelievable, on some of the oris watches there are £600 savings compared to the high street stores and this is reflected across the many brands they supply. Thanks Jonathan look forward to doing business with you again soon

Ordered the watch on 2nd December took delivery on the 8th December, a great watch, great service, great company and at a great price, highly recommended

A Big thanks to all

Great personalized service and help throughout! Would highly reccomend and use again in future!

Exemplary service.
Top notch service and extremely fast shipping.
Very friendly and precise communcation.
I can only give my warmest recommendations.

Great service and quick delivery, can highly recommend!!

Excellent customer experience. I will also buy my next watch through the watch directory.

I always feel that the REAL test of a company is how they respond when there's an issue......
In my case, there was a glitch with the site and it took the payment twice. I emailed The Watch Directory and 30 seconds later, Jonathan called me back, despite it being 9.30 at night. He then immediately credited the duplicate payment back and sent me an email with screen shots to show this. The watch arrived the next day, as advertised and with a small gift, which was a kind gesture.
Jonathan was helpful and honest throughout the experience and I therefore have no hesitation in stongly recommending his business.

Jonathan and the guys at The Watch Directory are great. I've been looking at a watch I've wanted for a while and they really helped me out with getting and trying it. Delivery times, prices and the service you get from The Watch Directory is one of the best.

Very satisfied with customer service did every thing they could to help and aid me in the buying of my watch, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble, would highly recommend them and look forward to my next purchase with them.

Without any reservation, Jonathan is the most patient overseas dealer I dealt with. His SevenFriday watches are top notch and he will do his best to help you. Thumbs up!
